Saya minta FC + surat keterangan untuk perpanjang STNK. Ternyata baru ketahuan kalo leasing dari area jakarta timur.
Dari CS suruh tunggu karena harus minta ke kantor asal di jakarta timur. Ga sampai 1 jam udah beres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas nya lama datangnya. Buka nya agak siangan, seharusnya mungkin bisa buka normal jam 0800. Lalu yg agak ribetnya tidak tersedia nya layanan pembayaran via kartu debit. Ini sangat merepotkan nasabah yg mau melakukan pembayaran atau pelunasan hrs membawa uang cash. Mau ke ATM juga lumayan jauh jalan kaki nya ke area ITC nya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minta surat pengantar dicabang depok asal account dri cabang cemas guna utk perpanjang prosesnya lama bgt sampai dua jam gk kunjung selesai, akhirnya pulang saja tanpa tdk mendapat surat tersebut. Pelayanan buruk, padahal debitur sendiri.
