Ordered on Tokopedia for a glass box, I've been waiting for more than 3 days, promised to be sent, but the order hasn't been delivered.. It's a pain for consumers, very unprofessional. Called the number listed on google, the admin's answer was just ping pong consumers and didn't want to know.. for those who want to order, have a lot of patience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parah banget! udah janji bisa pick up selasa ga ada yang kabarin. tiba2 brg dikirim pake Sicepat Regular padahal udah bilang butuh brgnya urgent. cuma bilang sorry dan brg terlanjur dikirim pake kurir. di chat ga balas dan ga responsive sama sekali sama udah aku mohon2 tlg di bantu.
really bad! I promised to pick up Tuesday, no one told me. suddenly the goods were sent using Sicepat Regular even though they said they needed the goods urgently. just said sorry and the item was already sent by courier. In chat, I don't reply and I'm not responsive at all. I've been begging you for help.
