★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya tanya AC yang bunyi keras saat dinyalakan, setelah ditelusuri ternyata sudah pada umur semua mulai dari Magnetic Clutch, Pulley & Vanbelt. Oleh pemiliknya dikasih lihat bagian2 mana saja yang sudah harus urgent ganti & mana saja yang masih bisa dipakai. Akhirnya AC saya sudah jalan normal kembali. Mungkin next time bakal kesana lagi buat ganti part yg sebelumnya belum diganti terkendala dana ?
 Initially, I asked the AC which sounded loud when it was turned on, after being traced it turned out that it was at the age of all starting from Magnetic Clutch, Pulley & Vanbelt. The owner is given to see which parts have urgent replacement & which ones can still be used. Finally, my air conditioner was running normally again. Maybe next time I will go there again to replace parts that have not previously been replaced due to funding constraints ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari beberapa pencarian digoogle, saya putuskan menghubungi nomer Whatsapp yang tertera diwebsite, ternyata langsung tersambung ke pemilik bengkel, konsultasi singkat dengan beliau diberikan informasi lengkap dari beberapa kemungkinan mengapa AC Suzuki neo baleno saya hanya keluar angin tanpa ada suhu dingin. Sesampai dibengkel AC langsung ditangani, diperlihatkan bagian mana yang rusak (magnetic clutch yang konslet) dan diberikan solusi sebelum saya menyetujui pengerjaan. PUAS, harga masuk akal, terpenting bagi saya adalah teknik pengerjaan bengkel ini, sangat rapih dan tidak ada yang ditutupi. Ketika saya ada keluhan belt AC yang tidak kencang, dikerjakan tanpa ada biaya tambahan. Ini baru pelayanan!
UPDATE: kemarin saya dihubungi owner untuk layanan fogging kabin dan sistem AC, GRATIS!

From several searches on Google, I decided to contact the Whatsapp number listed on the website, it turned out to be directly connected to the workshop owner, a brief consultation with him was given complete information of several possible reasons why my Suzuki neo baleno air conditioner just came out of the wind without any cold temperatures. Arriving at the repair shop, the AC was immediately handled, shown which part was damaged (short magnetic clutch) and given a solution before I agreed to work on it. SATISFIED, the price is reasonable, the most important thing for me is the workmanship technique of this workshop, very neat and nothing is covered. When I complained that the AC belt was not tight, it was done without any additional costs. This is service!
UPDATE: yesterday I was contacted by the owner for cabin fogging service and air conditioning system, FREE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AC mobil saya sangat panas, kondisi nya saat awal di hidupkan dingin, kemudian setelah beberapa menit mobil jalan AC menjadi panas, kemudian saya search di google bengkel ac, dan muncul yang paling atas adalah oscar motor, harga sepadan dengan hasil perbaikan, owner sangat ramah dan memberitahu apa saja yang harus di servis, owner juga melakukan fogging agar mobil bersih dari virus dan bakteri. AC setelah di servis sangat sangat dingin.
My car's air conditioner is very hot, the conditions at first turn on cold, then after a few minutes the car the air conditioner becomes hot, then I search on google the ac repair shop, and the top appears is Oscar motor, the price is commensurate with the repair results, the owner is very friendly and tell what needs to be serviced, the owner also does fogging so that the car is clean from viruses and bacteria. The air conditioner after being serviced is very very cold.

Hari ini balik lagi karena AC nya ga dingin. setelah di cek ternyata ada spare part nya yg bocor dan evaporator depan udah harus di ganti. pelayanannya di sini ok banget, apalagi saya perempuan yg kadang2 suka takut dibohongin krn ga ngerti. owner nya itu, baiikk banget, komunikatif dan ga main ganti aja kl mmg belum perlu di ganti. pokoknya recommended bgt deh Oscar Motor ini ?? terima kasih byk ya Koh?
A year ago, I had to fix the leaking car air conditioner at Oscar Motor. Today back again because the air conditioner is not cold. After checking, it turned out that there was a spare part that was leaking and the front evaporator had to be replaced. the service here is really good, especially I am a woman who sometimes likes to be afraid of being lied to because I don't understand. the owner is very good, communicative and doesn't play, I just don't need to be replaced. anyway this Oscar motorbike is really recommended ?? thank you very much, Koh?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awal Juni 2021 AC mobil saya gak dingin, padahal baru ditambah freon sekitar sebulan lalu sebelum Juni ini. Akhirnya ke sini, dan setelah cerita mengenai keluhan AC mobil, beberapa pengecekan dilakukan, tekanan freon, dll, sampai evap, yang ternyata bocor, pengecekan kebocoran evap ini juga dilakukan dg sangat terbuka, saya dijelaskan bagian mana yang bocor, apa konsekuensi dari kebocoran itu, apa opsi2 yang kira2 bisa diambil utk menanggulangi itu. Long story short, akhirnya ganti evap, prosesnya sekitar 1.5 jam, tapi yang utama sih mengenai pelayanan Pak Andy. Beliau menjelaskan dengan sabar dan detail mengenai komponen2 AC yang 'kena' dalam kasus evap ini. Setelah selesai, dikasi fogging gratis juga, dan sekitar 2 minggu setelah itu dichat di whatsapp untuk memastikan bahwa AC masih dalam keadaan optimal. Saat ini, sudah sekitar 3 bulan sejak hari saya ke bengkel ini, dan AC saya masih sangat baik2 saja.
In early June 2021, my car's AC wasn't cold, even though I just added freon about a month ago before this June. Finally here, and after the story about the car AC complaint, several checks were made, the freon pressure, etc., until the evap, which turned out to be leaking, this evap leak checking was also done very openly, I was explained which part was leaking, what were the consequences of the leak , what are the options that can be taken to overcome it. Long story short, finally changing the evap, the process takes about 1.5 hours, but the main thing is about Pak Andy's service. He explained patiently and in detail about the AC components that were 'hit' in this evap case. When finished, free fogging is given too, and about 2 weeks after that, chat on whatsapp to make sure that the air conditioner is still in optimal condition. Currently, it's been about 3 months since the day I went to this repair shop, and my AC is still very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan di Oscar Motor sangat baik. AC saya ga dingin sama sekali. Saat dibawa ke Oscar Motor, langsung disambut ramah sama pemiliknya. Om langsung cek cek mesinnya, trus dijelasin dengan detail sebab ac nya ga dingin. Alhasil AC saya jadi dingin dan dikasih free fogging juga. Rincian biaya juga transparan.
Ini kali ketiga saya ke sini dan selalu puas sama pelayanannya. Meskipun ga tinggal di daerah Satrio, tetep rela datang ke sini klo mobil bermasalah padahal banyak bengkel di tempat tinggal saya. Ga mudah cari bengkel terpercaya. Udah sekali ke sini, ga ke bengkel lain lagi :) Om sama tantenya juga ramah n kekeluargaan banget
Service at Oscar Motor is very good. My AC is not cold at all. When brought to Oscar Motor, immediately greeted friendly by the owner. Om immediately checked and checked the engine, then explained in detail because the ac wasn't cold. As a result, my AC got cold and was given free fogging too. The breakdown of costs is also transparent.
This is my third time here and always satisfied with the service. Even though I don't live in the Satrio area, I'm still willing to come here if my car has a problem even though there are many repair shops where I live. It's not easy to find a reliable repair shop. Been here once, never been to another workshop :) Om and his aunt are also very friendly and family

kokoh dan cici nya begitu ramah sama pelanggan.
