★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minggu malam saya ke dokter dengan keluhan sakit gigi setelah di tangani katanya syaraf gigi akhirnya dokter nambal gigi sementara katanya 1 minggu kembali lagi ,tapi baru beberapa jam dr situ gigi saya bengkak sampai pagi akhirnya pagi saya ke dr langganan saya dan kayanya makin meradang mana mahal 550 ribu ga di kasih obat apapun tp malah tambah bikin gusi semakin bengkak ?
 Sunday night I went to the doctor with a complaint of a toothache after being dealt with, he said the nerves of the tooth finally the doctor patched his teeth while he said 1 week back again, but only a few hours after that my teeth were swollen until the morning I finally dr. 550 thousand were not given any medication but it made even more swollen gums ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik gigi yang sangat ramah anak menurut saya.. anak saya yang tdnya takut giginya dicabut, setelah 1 kali cabut gigi di sana malah ngingetin "mama ini gigi aku ada lagi yg goyang, kita ke dokter gigi lagi ya mama?"
Utk masalah harga mahal.. menurut saya tergantung kita.. ada harga ada kualitas..
In my opinion, a dental clinic that is very child-friendly .. my son, who was afraid of having his teeth pulled out, after pulling out his teeth for one time, he reminded me "Mom, I have a loose tooth, let's go to the dentist again, mom?"
For the problem of high prices ... in my opinion it depends on us ... there is a price, there is quality ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lengkap. Mau operasi gigi bungsu bisa sekalian rontgen disitu juga. Dengan drg. Margaretha sabar. Asistennya banyak. Jd cepat penanganannya. Anak saya tambal gigi dengan drg. Noviany juga nyaman. Dokternya ramah anak. Plus ada video anak2 juga. Jd gigi ditambal sambil nonton video
Complete. If you want wisdom tooth surgery, you can take an X-ray there too. With drg. Margaret is patient. There are many assistants. So fast handling. My son had his teeth filled with drg. Noviany is also comfortable. The doctor is child friendly. Plus there are videos of children too. Get your teeth filled while watching a video

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewaaaaaaa berattttt sama orto center, yang katanya cocok buat dokter gigi anak.. Terletak di ruko elite di harapan indah, luarnya aja bagus... Tapi soal perawatan zonk!!
Anak kesana karena sakit gigi, awalnya di tambal taunya 2 hari kemudian balik lagi, musti dirawat akarnya. Ok ikut aja yang penting anak ga sakit, udah kesana dirawat tapi setelah 2 hari anak masih sakit giginya nangis2, katanya suruh minum paracetamol donk...
Di suruh dtg lagi tapi selalu orto reschedule.. Ampe kapan yah khannnnnn harus nunggu dokter yang sibuk tapi anak masih kesakitan???
CUSS pindah ke dokter gigi lain.. MAKJANG! Anak giginya ternyata belum diapa2in tuh gigi, akarnya belum dirawat sama sekali... Jdi selama ini gw bolak balik anak gw sampe TRAUMA cmn di kasih perawatan apa tuh gigi?
Pertama kalii dtg tambel suruh bayar 550k, yang 2 hari kemudian tambal dibongkar terus katanya harus dirawat akarnya bayar 550k biaya anestesi 250k..yang kedepannya suruh bolak balik 3 kali. Anggep aja tuh 1.350 juta yang dibayar pahala biar orang lain GA NGALAMIN. ?
Jadi NOT RECOMMENDED! ? I am one of a disappointed customer and one angry mom.

Very disappointed with the ortho center, which is said to be suitable for pediatric dentists.. Located in an elite shophouse in Harapan Indah, the outside is just fine... But about the zone treatment!!
The child went there because of a toothache, at first it was patched 2 days later and then came back again, the roots had to be treated. Ok, just come along, the important thing is that the child isn't sick, he's been treated there but after 2 days the child still has a toothache, he's crying, he said to take paracetamol, please...
Was told to come again but always ortho rescheduled.. So when, khannnnn, have to wait for a doctor who is busy but the child is still in pain???
CUSS moved to another dentist.. MAKJANG! It turns out that the child's teeth have not been treated, the roots have not been treated at all... So all this time I have been going back and forth to my child until he has been traumatized, what kind of treatment have been given to his teeth?
The first time, the patch came and told me to pay 550k, which 2 days later the patch was dismantled and then it said it had to be treated for the roots to pay 550k for the 250k anesthesia fee...which in the future I was told to go back and forth 3 times. Let's just say it's 1,350 million that is paid for in rewards so other people don't experience it. ?
So NOT RECOMMENDED! I am one of a disappointed customer and one angry mom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Orto center at Ruko Asia Tropis in April this year with a few dental issues and was seen by Dr Novi.
I was diagnosed with a dental abscess as a complication of a severe pericoronitis that I had from my left mandibular third molar (gigi bungsu).
Dr Novi is excellent in her care and patient’s communication.
She took her time in explaining my diagnosis and going through my OPG thoroughly.
She gave plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions and made sure that I understood her train of thoughts.
She drained my abscess on the first day and extracted both of my left wisdom on the next. Dr Novi was so skilful that I had next to no swelling and only minimal pain post operatively.
As my case was not quite straight forward, we had a few discussions regarding the best next step of care. I very much like Dr Novi’s patient-centered/shared decision making approach in dealing with my case. She provided me with various options of what could be done next along with their pros and cons so that I could make an informed decision.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the care provided by Dr Novi. She is professional, skilful, and extremely knowledgable. Not to mention the very affordable price that they offer.
I will be returning and recommending Orto center to friends and relatives. If you are seeking a trustworthy and reliable dentist, please do your self a favour and look no further.
