Pelayanan parah setiap mau reservasi di tolak dgn alasan pegawai sakit ga ada yg masuk! Terburuk sih ! Mau promo harga seberapa pun atau gratis jg ogah gua kemari! Saya pesan lewt trvloka lgsg dan saya cancel karna alasan ditolak trs setiap mau buat janji
Severe service every time you want a reservation refused with the excuse that sick employees no one entered! Worst though! Want any price promo or free, too, I'm reluctant to come here! I ordered via lgsg trvloka lgsg and I canceled because the reason I was refused was every time I wanted to make an appointment

Datang ontime sy di suruh nunggu setengah sampe 1 jam , tapi klo dat telat sy di tolak ( katanya kk dah telat jd ga bs treatment). Pd hal alasan sy telat sdh chat di WA sama yg urus schedule sy krn hujan deras dan macet parah. Omongan pegawai 1 dan lain berbeda. Merasa di persulit klo mau treatment. Klo treatment pegawainya bs ngobrol. Sy takut ga fokus pengerjaannya. Sy jarang dpt dokter yg treatment saya. Selalu asisten nya. Hanya dinawal2 treatmentvdi kerjakan dokter. Pilih2 customer. Menilai org dr penampilan bru di urus dg baik.

Selalu berdebat kalo mau appointment. Pelayanan sangat buruk, terkadang rasis juga karna sering mendahulukan ibu2 chinese yg mungkin sudah jd pelanggan tetap. Entahlah saya juga ga ngerti kenapa begini. Admin tidak profesional, rekap data treatment saya hilang, perlu debat panjang untuk menyelesaikan. Jika ada customer datang tidak disambut, sering telfonan atau belom apa2 udah ngomong "sebentar yaa" helloooo siapa yg butuh customer sih?? Pokoknya pelayanan disini ENGGAK BANGET.. buat yg penasaran coba ajaa treatment disini..
Always arguing if you want an appointment. Service is very bad, sometimes racist too because often take precedence Chinese mothers who may have become regular customers. I don't know, I also don't understand why it's like this. Admin is not professional, my treatment data recap is gone, it needs a long debate to finish. If there is a customer coming, it is not welcomed, often telfonan or not yet have said "just a minute" helloooo who needs customers anyway ?? waduh kok banyak review negativ yaaa, tahun lalu saya ambil paket perawatan buat nikah dan dapet free cream nya gitu. Setelah saya pakai emang muka saya jadi bruntusan gitu huhu. Sekarang paket perawatan nikah nya mau saya pakai, jadi takut baca review orang2 bukannya muka kinclong malah merah lagi entar, tapi kalo ga di pake sayang soalnya saya udah bayar 3 jutaan tahun lalu huhuhuhu. gimana dongss....

Puas bgt facial sama cobain DNA salmon di sini, dokternya juga informatif banget, setelah 2 bulan perawatan, flek hitam aku memudar setelah uda cobain banyak treatment flek sebelumnya.

Nyesel banget asli ambil paket perawatan disini, udah bayar 3 juta tapi mau perawatan susah banget disini. Hari ini saya mau meni pedi dtg jam 17:35 di suruh balik lg besok kata nya si terapis nya mau pulang. Heloow gue mau tanya emg itu klinik tutup jam brp ha? Padahal mall aja tutup jam 8. Tolong dong di training itu karyawannya service quality nya jelek bgt. Saya juga pernah lagi perawatan trs denger terapis nya ngedumel2 karena ada pelanggan mau detox dtg agak sorean, eh minggu depannya lg pas saya mau detox si mba itu yg megang sama juga ngedumel2. Mau perawatan laser ga bisa karena alat rusak, trs saya di lempar ke oriskin gading serpong dan Alhamdulilah di oriskin gading serpong pelayanan nya sangat baik beda ama di lippo. Coba lah itu di training karyawannya gimana cara melayani customer dgn baik. Service quality nya perbaiki. Kalo emang tuh karyawan ga becus ganti aja masih banyak kok yg kerja dengan tulus ikhlas.
