★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi aku nona reviewer. Aku selalu berkata jujur dalam setiap hal apapun. Pertama kali join member oriskin karena dikasi voucher facial gratis kebetulan tempat nail treatment aku pindah lokasinya jadi 1 gedung dengan Oriskin ini. First impression aku thumbs up, untuk facialnya memuaskan (dipijat sampai kaki juga), oleh sebab itu aku memutuskan untuk mencoba join member yang paling murah.
Kedatangan kedua ternyata sama therapist yang berbeda, dan entah mengapa sangat berbeda dengan yang pertama kali yang membuat saya ingin join. Sangat banyak bicara dan tidak berhenti menawarkan produk setiap minggunya, bahkan minta no wa saya agar memudahkan booking katanya. Ok, saya pikir okelah masih tidak apa apa. Tidak disangka terus menawarkan juga via WA tentang side job beliau di luar oriskin (jasa lulur), namun saya tidak hiraukan.
Minggu demi minggu saya terus bersama therapist ini karena saya tidak menemukan therapist saya yang pertama (tidak tau namanya). Tetap tidak berubah selama treatment terus menawarkan produk baru setiap minggunya, Sampai saya beli juga jujur hanya untuk membantu dia.
Total 1,9 juta transaksi yang sudah saya lakukan dengan beliau. Tapi itu tidak masuk ke sistem Oriskin, karena pada akhirnya pada saat saya ingin ganti therapist (karena sudah sangat tidak nyaman). Therapist baru tidak tau bahwa ada treatment tambahan sebesar 1,9 juta tsb sehingga saya yang harus selalu reminder.
Dari situ saya tau bahwa semua yang ditawarkan bertujuan hanya untuk "mengejar omset" saja tanpa sungguh sungguh peduli (walau dengan berbagai ucapan manis seolah olah tepat dengan kebutuhan kita) Jika memang benar kenapa setiap minggu selalu menawarkan produk baru?
dan tidak ingat apa saja treatment saya ketika saya sudah membayarnya?
Jika memang Oriskin profesional dan memiliki kualitas yang bagus mengapa harus terus merendahkan kualitas dengan terus menawarkan produk baru setiap x kami ingin melakukan treatment kami? Kenapa produk yang sebelumnya ditawarkan sudah tidak pernah dibahas kembali dan kasi jeda sedikit plis. Soalnya jadi kebaca banget.
Kalo memang bagus orang dengan sendirinya ko yang akan mencari.
Ya memang karena oknum im disappointed, tapi mindsetnya sangat money oriented itu yang membuat pelayanannya menjadi terkesan asal. (Walau ga munafik semua butuh omset) tapi ga begitu x ya caranya yes :) tadinya saya mau invest lebih banyak disini, siapa sangka menjadi tertarik untuk membongkar kedoknya.
Tapi aku mau recommend 1 therapist yang memang saya sudah cocok dari awal tsb inisial D. beliau sangat polite dan fokus dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Sangat tidak recommend therapist inisial SR*.
Mungkin aku bukan tipe yang TEGA dalam menolak secara langsung (sorry) tapi mungkin aku dipakai untuk bisa mudah membaca dan mereview segala sesuatu.

Hi I'm the miss reviewer. I always tell the truth in everything. The first time I joined an Oriskin member because I was given a free facial voucher, I happened to have a nail treatment place where I moved to 1 building with Oriskin. First impression I thumbs up, for the facial is satisfying (massaged to the feet too), that's why I decided to try the cheapest join member.
The second arrival turned out to be the same as a different therapist, and for some reason it was very different from the first time that made me want to join. He talks a lot and doesn't stop offering products every week, even asking for my wa number to make booking easier, he said. Ok, I thought it was okay. Unexpectedly, he continued to offer via WA about his side job outside Oriskin (scrub service), but I didn't pay attention.
Week after week I continued to be with this therapist because I did not find my first therapist (I don't know his name). It remains unchanged during treatment, continues to offer new products every week, until I also buy it honestly just to help him.
In total 1.9 million transactions that I have done with him. But it did not enter Oriskin's system, because in the end I wanted to change therapists (because it was so uncomfortable). The new therapist didn't know that there was an additional treatment of 1.9 million, so I always had to be a reminder.
From there I know that everything that is offered is only intended to "catch up with turnover" without really caring (even though with a variety of sweet sayings as if it were right for our needs) If it is true why every week always offers new products?
And don't remember what my treatments were when I paid for them?
If Oriskin is professional and has good quality why should you continue to lower the quality by continuing to offer new products every time we want to do our treatment? Why have the previously offered products never been discussed again and give a little pause please. The problem is so readable.
If it's a good thing then people will search for it.
Yes, it is because these individuals are disappointed, but the mindset is very money oriented, which makes the service seem random. (Even though it's not hypocritical, everyone needs a turnover) but that's not the case, yes, yes :) I wanted to invest more here, who would have thought that would be interested in unmasking.
But I want to recommend 1 therapist that I have been suitable for from the start, the initials are D. He is very polite and focuses on doing his job. Strongly do not recommend the initial SR * therapist.
Maybe I'm not the type to reject outright (sorry) but maybe I'm used to be able to easily read and review everything.
