★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i tried pedicure here, and it was overprice. the worst is, the communication of the therapist wasn’t good. she told me to add a,b,c,d,e and i said no to her bcs i’m on a rush, no addition needed. and she said she would scrub my feet without telling that it wasn’t included in pedicure treatment set. and when i paid i complained to the front office bcs i never asked any additions. i expected them to say sorry, at least, for my uncomfortable experience... but what i got is they only defended theirselves. definetely won’t come back here for any treatment. not worth to spend your money and your time for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a week ago for smoothing hair. And the result was so terrible. After paid around 750.000 or even more, my hair didn't look like just did the smoothing (there is no changes with my hair, not even more straight)
Compare to another salon which not have a famous name like Martha Tilaar (in this case, for smoothing hair), Oribel has a very bad result and very not recommended to do smoothing treatment. I think their speciality is only for spa or if you only want to do a blow dry.
The point is very dissapointed! Not worth it with the money I spent a lot there.
