★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesen dan bayar kacamata hari Sabtu, dijanjikan selesai dan dapat diambil keesokan harinya, Minggu setelah maghrib. Hari Minggu datang untuk ambil kacamata ternyata kacamata tidak ada. Alasannya karna yg bikin kacamata sudah libur menjelang natal, jadi dioper ke cabang lain, tapi lupa terbawa. Saya tanya kalau kacamata belum dibuat, apa bisa refund, mereka bilang bisa refund. Saya tanya, apakah kacamatanya sudah dibuat, mereka bilang belum. Jadi saya minta refund.
Itu pertama kalinya saya (coba) beli kacamata disana (Optik Vista Kalibata).
 Order and pay for glasses on Saturday, promised to be finished and can be picked up the next day, Sunday after maghrib. Sunday came to get the glasses, it turned out that there were no glasses. The reason is because the one who made the glasses was on holiday before Christmas, so they were transferred to another branch, but forgot to take it with them. I asked if the glasses had not been made, could they be refunded, they said they could be refunded. I asked if the glasses had been made, they said they had not. So I asked for a refund.
It was my first time (trying) to buy glasses there (Optik Vista Kalibata).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suka banget pelayanannya ramah, untuk frame nya bervariasi dari jenis, harga, dan lensanya. Ada yg paketan atau yang tidak.
Saat menipiskan kacamata saya sempat ada kendala di suplier tapi untungnya pegawainya selalu mengingatkan dan memberi servis yg baik jadi saya kasih bintang 4 ya.
I really like the friendly service, the frames vary from type, price, and lens. Some are packaged or not.
When thinning my glasses, there was a problem with the supplier but fortunately the staff always reminded and gave good service, so I give it 4 stars.
