★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kesini sama suami naik motor, supaya cepet aja krn margonda kalau weekend kan macet parah. Begitu buka pintu, kami berdiri beberapa saat tidsk ada yg melayani. padahal banyak staf yang berdiri tidak sedang melayani customer lain dan sebagian dari mereka melihat kami berdiri. saya langsung angkat kaki dan pergi cari optik lain. sangaay buruk pelayanannya.
 I'm here with my husband on a motorbike, so I don't want to hurry because Margonda on the weekends is really bad. As soon as we opened the door, we stood for a while without anyone serving. even though many of the staff standing were not serving other customers and some of them saw us standing. I immediately left and went to find another optic. very bad service.

I got a prescription from the doctor for the size of the glasses, how come there is no cylinder, I asked to be re-examined by an optical employee, but it turned out that there was a cylinder, even though it was small. ️

2x bought glasses here, the service is good. If the glasses are loose, you can tighten them here, bonus, the lenses are washed
