★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dapat pengalaman yang sangat tidak menyenangkan di sini. Saya mau beli 2 Frame kacamata dan 2 lensa, lalu dapat gratis free 1 sunglass total bon 2juta rupiah. Karna dari kantor saya hanya bisa claim 1.5juta maka saya minta dibagi 2 bon, 1 bon isinya 2 frame + 1 lensa senilai 1.5juta untuk saya claim, dan 1 nya lagi isi 1 lensa senilai 500rb yang tidak akan saya claim. Tapi hal ini tidak diperbolehkan oleh karyawan optik melawai dengan alasan yang tidak jelas. Bahkan karyawan menunjuk2 saya dan ibu saya seakan2 kami salah dan mau korupsi saja. Padahal saya juga minta saja ditulis apa adanya senilai yang kami beli hanya pisah bon saja. Mending kalau ngomongnya dengan nada yang baik, tapi ini seperti menuding kami bukan seperti bicara pada konsumen. Hal ini dilakukan oleh karyawan optik melawai perempuan berambut pendek, sedangkan masnya juga sama saja seperti tidak mengerti, kami juga sempat minta kacamata dibersihkan tapi mas yang ada di depan kami diam saja. Akhirnya kami tidak jadi beli karna emosi diperlakukan tidak baik, sungguh pelayanan yang mengecewakan.
I had a very unpleasant experience here. I want to buy 2 eyeglass frames and 2 lenses, then get 1 free sunglass for a total of 2 million rupiah. Because from my office I can only claim 1.5 million, so I asked to share 2 receipts, 1 receipt contains 2 frames + 1 lens worth 1.5 million for me to claim, and the other 1 contains 1 lens worth 500 thousand which I will not claim. But this is not allowed by employees of optics melawai for reasons that are not clear. Even the employees pointed at me and my mother as if we were wrong and wanted to be corrupt. Even though I also asked for it to be written as is, the amount we bought was just a separate bill. It's better if you say it in a good tone, but this is like accusing us, not like talking to consumers. This was done by an optical employee against a woman with short hair, while the mas also seemed not to understand, we also asked for glasses to be cleaned but the man in front of us was silent. In the end, we didn't buy it because we were treated badly emotionally, what a disappointing service.
