★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bingung dengan review buruk rang-orang dengan optik melawai cabang slipi jaya ini. Alhamdulillah 2 kali ke sini untuk menebus resep kacamata bpjs selalu mendapat pelayanan yang baik. Pilihan kacamatanya juga bagus-bagus meski untuk kelas 300 ribuan. Kalau yang mau kelas 1 jutaan juga ada kok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya ragu mau ke optik Melawai Slipi Jaya karena reviewnya buruk sekali di Google maps. Tapi karena paling dekat rumah dan kebetulan mau klaim BPJS jadi ke sini.
Lokasinya ada di dalam Plaza Slipi Jaya lantai 1 dekat pintu keluar samping. Cukup strategis dan gampanng ditemukan.
Merupakan salah 1 dari 4 optik di Jakarta barat yang melayani pembelian kacamata dengan BPJS. Harus bawa resep kacamata dari faskes BPJS dan fotokopi KTP serta fotokopi kartu BPJS. Subsidi kacamata:
Kelas 1 : 300.000
Kelas 2 : 200.000
Kelas 3 : 150.000
Jadi pasien tinggal bayar selisih harga kacamata yang dibeli.
Ternyata pelayanan di sini baik kok, stafnya baik dan mau ngasih penjelasan yang jelas ke customer. Pilihan kacamata juga banyak, dari yg 200an ribu sampai jutaan. Jadi jangan ragu ke sini ya teman-teman. Its not that bad actually.

Is one of 4 optics in West Jakarta that serves the purchase of eyeglasses with BPJS. Must bring prescription eyeglasses from BPJS health facilities and a photocopy of KTP and photocopy of the BPJS card. Glasses subsidies:
Class 1: 300,000
Class 2: 200,000
Class 3: 150,000
So patients just pay the difference in the price of glasses purchased.
It turns out that the service here is good, the staff are good and want to give a clear explanation to the customer. Glasses choices are also many, from the 200 thousand to millions. So don't hesitate to come here, friends. Its not that bad actually.
