★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sama pelayanannnya. Saya datang untuk beli air soft lens, dari awal dateng smpe 15 menit saya di sana tidak ad yg melayani. Ada karyawan di depan saya , saya panggil dan saya minta untuk bayar, karyawan hanya diam saja dan melayani customer lain. Saya panggil karyawan lain dan saya tanya apakah saya bisa dilayani ? jawabannya hanya “kami semua lg sibuk dgn customer lain” akhirnya saya tinggal. Saya dari dulu sudah biasa beli kacamata dan servis di sini, tapi mulai sekarang saya ga akan ke sini lagi. Bad service. Nama karyawannya “ardi”
Disappointed with the service. I came to buy an air soft lens, from the first time I arrived until 15 minutes I was there no one served. There was an employee in front of me, I called and I asked to pay, the employee just kept quiet and served other customers. I called another employee and I asked if I could be served? the answer was only "we are all busy with other customers" I ended up staying. I've always been used to buying glasses and servicing here, but from now on I won't be coming here anymore. Bad service. Employee name "ardi"
