★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Butuh 5 hari untuk membuat kacamata, relatif lama. Pelayanan standar. Saya bawa sendiri resep, tapi tetap minta periksa di tempat. Hasil periksa di sana tidak diberi tahu. Aneh juga.
 It takes 5 days to make glasses, which is relatively long. Standard service. I brought my own recipe, but still asked to check it on the spot. The results of the examination there are not notified. It's weird too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa kwalitas lensanya skrg krg bagus ga seperti dulu sy dan suami baru beli kcmt 4 bln yg lalu akhir Juli 2019 lensanya sdh baret2 ga wort it sm hrg nya yg 7jt meskipun garansi tp proses nya lama ngu 7hr krj dan wkt nya kan juga repot jd mesti bolak balik
Disappointed the quality of the lens is now very good not like I used to and my husband just bought it for about 4 months ago at the end of July 2019 the lens has been scratched and it doesn't wort it until the 7th minute though the warranty but the process takes a long time and it's 7hrs and it doesn't even bother back and forth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya oke bgt. Pegawainya ramah, mau bantu nyariin frame yg saya inginkan, kacamata yg ibu saya pakai (ga beli disitu padahal) dibersihin. Pun kacamata lama saya yg rusak diperbaiki gratis. Harga masih cukup terjangkau.
The service is okay. The staff is friendly, willing to help me find the frame I want, the glasses that my mother wears (didn't buy it there though) were cleaned. Even my old broken glasses were repaired free of charge. Prices are still quite affordable.

Sangat buruk sekali pelayanannya , optik melawai terburuk sepanjang sejarah saya membeli kacamata.
I was not served even though I called the employee/ti.
Very bad service , worst gliding optics in my history buying glasses.
