Beli kacamata untuk cadangan, artinya akan dibawa di tas bagasi. Minta tempat kacamata yg sturdy gak dikasi. Gak make sense. Kacamata ditaro di tas di soft case ya penyek lah gimana. Sebelumnya gak ada masalah. Mungkin pelayan tertentu aja yang begitu. Kecewa, ini pelayanan gimana. Saya sudah beli kacamata di melawai 16 tahun. Gak ada loyalti program atau apapun. Mau buang duit puluhan juta ga ngaruh. .Sebaiknya ke tempat lain kalau di mall cibinong. What a let down.
