★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lensa Progresif hasil sangat mengecewakan krn titik fokus kurang tinggi sehingga area baca terlalu rendah jadi kalau mau baca kacamata harus dinaikkan, lensa Essilor dg harga 2,5jt tapi penglihatan jarak menengah tidak ada sehingga tidak bisa lihat tulisan dilayar komputer. Staffnya ramah tapi kurang pengalaman utk kacamata progresif.
Progressive lenses are very disappointing because the focal point is not high enough so the reading area is too low, so if you want to read, you have to raise your glasses, Essilor lenses are priced at 2.5 million but you don't have mid-range vision so you can't see writing on the computer screen. The staff is friendly but lacks experience for progressive glasses.

Saya datang sekitar jam 8 malam. Saat saya datang, tidak ada pengunjung lain, hanya saya. Disitu ada 2 orang yang melayani saya. Dan memang cuma 2 itu aja pelayannya. Saya beli paket kacamata yang 400rb. Saat saya hampir selesai memilih, datang satu ibu - ibu yang juga akan membeli kacamata. Lalu pelayan toko yang satunya langsung melayani si ibu ini.
Ga lama setelah ibu ini datang, saya sudah selesai memilih kacamata dan siap untuk diukur ukuran minusnya. Tapi pelayan yang melayani saya bilang katanya yang bisa mengoperasikan alat pengukurnya itu cuma mbak yang sedang melayani ibu itu. Maka saya menunggu.
Waktu menunggu itulah saya dengar dan lihat ibu ini membeli kacamata seharga 2,5jt. Setelah ibu itu menetapkan pilihannya, ibu itu LANGSUNG diukur. Saya yang nungguin dari tadi cuma cengo aja dibiarin nunggu diselak antrian.
Bagus banget servicenya ke Ibu itu. Ramah sekali dan cepat. Lalu saya bilang ke mbak yang menemani saya, "oh ibunya beli kacamatanya mahalan, makanya dilayanin duluan". Mbak yang nemenin saya bilang "Ga bakal lama kok kak ini ngukurnya"
Dan seperti yang saya duga. Mana ada orang ukur kacamata cepet ? Paling cepet juga 15 menitan. Tapi ini lebih. Sehingga saya hampir saja memutuskan untuk pergi ke optik sebelah. Sudah berdiri nyandang tas aja.
Mbak yang melayani si ibu ga tau aturan antrian. Mbak yamg satu lagi juga kenapa ga bantu negur rekannya. Orang jd nunggu lama + tersinggung.
Ga lagi - lagi saya ke optik ini. Seumur - umur selalu pergi ke optik yang besar yang cabangnya ada dimana - mana. Ini cuma mau pergi ke optik yg deket aja sama tempat tinggal. Tp mengecewakan lagi. Saya sangat amat ga merekomendasikan optik ini.
Just yesterday I bought glasses here.
I came around 8 pm. When I arrived, there were no other visitors, only me. There were 2 people who served me. And that's the only 2 servers. I bought a pair of glasses for 400k. When I was almost done choosing, a woman came along who was also going to buy glasses. Then the other shop assistant immediately served the mother.
Not long after this mother arrived, I had finished choosing my glasses and was ready to have the minus size measured. But the waitress who served me said that she was the only one who could operate the measuring device, who was serving the mother. So I waited.
While waiting, I heard and saw this mother buying glasses for 2.5 million. After the mother made her choice, the mother was measured IMMEDIATELY. I've been waiting for it since I was just dumbfounded and left waiting in the queue.
Very good service to the mother. Very friendly and fast. Then I said to Ms. who accompanied me, "Oh, her mother bought expensive glasses, that's why they served her first". Ma'am who accompanied me said "It won't take long, how come Sis is measuring it"
And as I suspected. Where can someone measure glasses quickly? The fastest is 15 minutes. But this is more. So I almost decided to go to the optics next door. Already standing with a bag.
The lady who serves the mother doesn't know the queue rules. Ma'am, another one, why don't you help your colleague. People wait a long time + get offended.
I'm not going to this optics again. Ages have always gone to the great optics whose branches are everywhere. It's just going to the optics which is close to where I live. But disappointing again. I highly recommend this optic.
