★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat sangat buruk. Saya tiga kali telepon ke optik ini dan dimatikan oleh pihak optiknya langsung, dgn alasan suara tidak terdengar. Tanpa informed consent setelah blg halo, lalu suara tidak terdengar, dimatikan. Padahal saya telepon ke optik lainnya suara telepon dan sambungan telepon baik baik saja. Sangat sangat tidak sopan. Bukan hanya satu kali, tetapi tiga kali. ???
Very very bad service. I called this optic three times and the optics turned it off immediately, arguing that the sound was not heard. Without informed consent after saying hello, then the sound is not heard, turned off. Even though I made a call to another optic, the sound of the phone and the telephone connection was fine. Very very disrespectful. Not just once, but three times. ️
