★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan. Customer service bernama Tika sangat tidak responsif. Harus di follow up terus baru jawab padahal saya sudah bilang kalau wallpaper saya pakai Onna dan sekarang beberapa harus diganti. Utk janji dengan teknisi tidak ada kabar, harus sy yg tanya jadi apa tdk, jadi apa tdk. Setelah teknisi datang ke rumah juga tdk ada kabar, saya wa juga tidak dijawab. Setelah beberapa hari akhirnya saya complaint via wa baru dijawab kalau tdk bisa memenuhi permintaan. Omongan tekhnisi ke cs dengan ke customer beda. Kok tidak cross check dulu k customernya atau kasih info apapun ke customer? Saya sampai kasih foto2 dinding saya via wa..baru Tika ladenin saya..tanya motif dll. Padahal dari awal sudah saya foto2in motif yg ada di rumah saya. Sangat mengecewakan dan sangat tidak profesional pelayanannya utk perusahaan sekelas Onna.
Very disappointing. Customer service named Tika is very unresponsive. You have to follow up and then answer, even though I told you that I use Onna wallpapers and now some have to be replaced. I have no news for an appointment with a technician, I have to ask what is it, so or not. After the technician came to the house there was no news, I was also not answered. After a few days I finally complained via wa and was answered if I could not fulfill the request. Technicians talk to cs with different customers. How come you don't cross check the customer first or give any information to the customer? I got to give my wall pictures via wa ... new Tika ladenin me ... I asked for motives etc. Even though from the beginning I took pictures of the motifs in my house. Very disappointing and very unprofessional service for companies like Onna.
