★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sebenarnya sangat membantu, minusnya hanya jika dihubungi via telp kelewat susah. jelek bgt klo buat komunikasi via telp, ada live chat tpi masih kurang. mohon di perbaiki, saya pikir dg hire 1-2 customer service tidak akan buat pt achiles rugi.

 actually very helpful, minus only if contacted via phone too hard. how bad is it for communication via telephone, there is live chat but it's still lacking. please correct, I think hire 1-2 customer service won't make PT Achiles lose.

Sebelumnya (15 Sept menulis ini):
mohon dibantu untuk pelaporan PPH Pasal 21 (masa Agustus) yang sejak tgl 10 Sept sampai hari ini 15 Sept statusnya masih "pelaporan sedang diproses" terus, apakah bisa dilihat kendalanya apa..biasa dalam waktu sejam sudah dapat BPE di email. Saya juga sudah email ke [email protected] dan sampai sekarang masih menunggu balasan.

Please help for reporting PPH Article 21 (August period) which since Sept. 10 to Sept. 15 the status is still "reporting being processed" continues, can you see what the obstacles are ... usually within an hour you can email BPE. I've also emailed [email protected] and I'm still waiting for a reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pak sy mau kasih informasi bhw kalau ada yg bernama : Pimpin Suryono dgn memakai KTP Jakarta Pusat lalu pimpin Suryono tsbt menunjukkan KK dgn alamat sama Jakarta Pusat jgn di " S A H " kan karena atas Nama : Pimpin Suryono tersebut sudah tidak ada di KK sdh sy Cabut karena keluarga Kami tidak menggenali org tersebut.
Sir, I want to give information that if there is someone named: Lead Suryono using a Central Jakarta ID card then lead Suryono to show the KK with the same address in Central Jakarta, don't put it in "SAH" because in the name: Pimpin Suryono is no longer in the KK, I have withdrawn it because our family does not dig into the org.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga jelas deh, top up pajak pay pakai mobile banking ga masuk2 mana nominal nya lebih dari 5jt.. giliran email ke online pajaknya, hanya untuk melayani yang fitur premium. Ini bagaimana ? masa pelayanan nya begini.. saya sudah telat bayar PPN eh ga jelas uang perusahaan saya kemana. Tanggung Jawab dong. minimal kasih penjelasan aja.
Update.
Untuk pembayaran ada plus minus nya. Jika ingin yang cepat langsung mendapatkan NTPN nya, lebih baik membayarkan di internet banking. Karena uang masuk di pajakpay masuknya tidak cepat.
Tapi terima kasih, kalau ada apa apa bisa langsung hubungi media sosialnya saja. (Lebih enak lewat telp sih)

Pembayaran sudah seminggu NTPN belum muncul, di email, di hubungi via media sosial pun nihil hasil. gada respon. uang perusahaan bagaimana ????? mana jadi telat lapor, gada tanggung jawabnya asli

For payments there are pluses and minuses. If you want to get the NTPN right away, it's better to pay in internet banking. Because the money entered in the taxpay entry is not fast.
