β β β β β Data saya yg penting2 jadi hilang semua gara2 mau service disini. Udah mahal, duit ilang, data juga hilang ! Padahal udh dikasi tau diawal mana aja data yg penting dan pihak sana sudah menyanggupi untuk backup data dulu..
All my important data is lost because I want to service here. It's expensive, lost money, lost data too! Even though you have been told at the beginning where the important data is and the party there has agreed to backup the data first..

β β β β β Hati hati yang mau beli leptop di sini. Saya beli dengan penawaran windows ORi dan garansi resmi tapu ternyta barang yg saya terima rusak. Belum ada seminggu saya berniat utk menukar tapi saya di kenai cas 450.000 . Sangat kecewa dan pelayanan sangat buruk . Gak akan kesini lagi
Be careful who wants to buy a laptop here. I bought it with the Windows ORi offer and an official guarantee but it turns out that the item I received was damaged. It hasn't been a week I intend to exchange but I was charged 450,000. Very disappointed and very bad service . Won't be here again

β β β β β Pelayanan kurang komukatif, mas yang melayani nya ditanya apa jawab apa bahkan cenderung meremehkan. Saya tanya instal ulang windows 10 bisa yah, spesifikasi apa saja, pelayannya jawab "ga bisa laptop nya udh tua (nada ketus)" saya tanya itu untuk laptop dan PC saya yang lain yang menggunakan windows 10 & 11.
Dan for your information saja mas, saya masih keep laptop tua ini karena bersejarah..makanya saya service juga! Kalau ga bersejarah udah saya jual dari zaman purba.
Disitu juga ada ownernya/atasannya, tapi dia hanya diam dan senderan di kursi sambil main hape lihat karyawan seperti itu.
Saya sendiri orang jasa, kalau saya lihat karyawan saya seperti itu sudah saya tegur.
Jujur saja saya kapok kesini,lebih baik cari tempat service yg agak mahal tapi pelayanannya bagus.
The service is less communicative, the mas who serves him is asked what the answer is or even tends to belittle. I asked if you can reinstall Windows 10, what are the specifications, the waiter replied "I can't, the laptop is old (short tone)" I asked it for my other laptops and PCs that use Windows 10 & 11.
And just for your information, bro, I still keep this old laptop because it's historic...that's why I serviced it too! If it's not historic, I've sold it since ancient times.
There was also the owner/supervisor, but he just kept quiet and leaned back in the chair while playing with his cellphone and saw employees like that.
I myself am a service person, if I saw my employees like that I would have been reprimanded.
Honestly, I gave up coming here, it's better to find a service place that is a bit expensive but the service is good.
