★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punya barang merk Omron jangan sampai rusak karena sekali rusak lalu perlu hubungi Contact Center, akan ribet komunikasinya dengan mereka.
Saya menyampaikan lewat email ke Contact Center bahwa timbangan saya model HN-283 muncul Errh setelah diganti batere baru. Contact Center respon email saya bahwa saya harus memberitahukan nomor seri unit dan status garansi sebelum bisa mendapatkan support. Lalu saya reply emailnya dengan informasi yang diminta. Selang beberapa menit, Contact Center merespon bahwa HN-283 sudah tidak bisa diservis.
Siapa yang minta barangnya untuk diservis? Dari awal saya sudah sampaikan HN-283 ini error, arti kode error Errh itu apa? Kenapa harus tanya macam-macam kalau memang jawabannya HN-283 sudah tidak bisa diservis?
Saya masih punya produk Omron yang lain dan berfungsi seperti nebulizer, pulse meter, dll. Mudah-mudahan tidak pernah bermasalah sehingga saya tidak perlu berurusan dengan Contact Centernya.
Layanannya pantas dapat bintang 1 karena hal seperti itu.
 Omron brand goods has been damaged due lest once broken and need to call the Contact Center, will be complicated communication with them.
I submit it via email to the Contact Center that my scales HN-283 models appear errh after new battery replaced. Contact Center email response to me that I must notify the unit serial number and warranty status before they can get support. Then I reply email with the requested information. After a few minutes, Contact Center responds that the HN-283 is not worth repairing.
Who asked for the goods to be serviced? From the beginning I have to say HN-283 is an error, error code errh meaning what? Why should ask all sorts if indeed the answer HN-283 is not worth repairing?
I still have the other Omron products and serves as a nebulizer, pulse meter, etc. Hopefully never been in trouble so I do not have to deal with the contact center.
Services deserve to 1 because of things like that.
