★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dan keamanan harus lebih ditingkatkan terutama di area tangga untuk naik dan turun ke ruang dokter nya. Pencahayaan area tangga juga harus di perbaiki.
Bulan December 2021 ibu saya terjatuh di tangga klinik OMDC saat turun setelah menjalani perawatan gigi nya. Akibat terjatuh ibu mengalami patah tulang di 4 lokasi dan harus menjalani operasi orthopedic serta di rawat di RS selama 3 minggu dengan biaya yang sangat besar.
Hingga saat ini ibu saya belum bisa berjalan normal dan kedua tangan nya belum berfungsi kembali sehingga sama sekali tidak bisa ber aktifitas seperti biasa.
Besar harapan saya agar pelayanan dan keamanan lebih ditingkatkan di klinik nya agar tidak ada lagi accident terutama di area tangga nya. Selain kenyamanan, keamanan adalah hal utama dalam pengelolaan suatu klinik berobat. Semua petugas di klinik harus mengutamakan keamanan pasien diatas hal lain nya.

In December 2021, my mother fell on the steps of the OMDC clinic when she came down after undergoing dental treatment. As a result of the fall, the mother suffered fractures in 4 locations and had to undergo orthopedic surgery and was hospitalized for 3 weeks at a very large cost.
Until now my mother has not been able to walk normally and her hands have not functioned again so that she cannot do her usual activities at all.
I really hope that service and security will be further improved at the clinic so that there will be no more accidents, especially in the stairwell area. In addition to comfort, safety is the main thing in managing a medical clinic. All staff at the clinic must prioritize patient safety above anything else.

You can make an appointment through WhatsApp and phone call. The staff will help you connect to insurance staff, just in case you pay with your insurance card and you have a question about the payment.
And what I like most is my teeth becomes pretty again eventhough its not that pretty. Good clinic, thanks.
