★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My initial experience in this place was horrible. First i had to face the diffrent price offer by the guard and the owner and then i had to clean the bathroom myself because it was really dirty and smelly like it had never cleaned before.
Not until my first week i was accused for not cleaning the dishes where i completely notice the signs and im actually cleaning it (smh) just because im new and it was easy to point out whose wrong.
On the following weeks im experiencing my foods was thrown away from the fridge by gods know who did it, and i have to reach the up to seconds floor in to get the Shower Heater because my remotes was broken since the very beginning and they have no effort or whatsoever to replace it like it was my loss. The wifi also really poor connection there.
The worst part ? I got my finger prints removed on the really poor quality security door cause i was on the due date where i had an agreement with the owner for atleast one day which is really crazy.
This place was really overpriced for something that only affords kitchen and moderate room and environment. You also need to pay for parking if you have car which pretty costly thinking about the price you already pay intially.
The place was not really close to any sort of transportation, or foods variations (the gps also was wrong in the maps).
I ended my experience with such un likely event where the guards seemingly used to take advantages of people in ways that really doesnt make any sense.
Its not a good way to ended my experience looking back from how i started there.
The owner also polite but yet seems so rude and angry at the same time, its strange.
The rating should be a half not even close to 1. Not really good place to stay, choose another places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended place to stay, strategic place around Jakarta and super homey. Very clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and friendly. And oh, the wifi connection here is also super fast!! Loving the view, the air, tree & plants on the rooftop. The facilities are all good too! Definitely will come back☺️?✨
