★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ingin menginap tgl 12feb dan melakukan pesanan di akhir bulan jan dg apl ag**a bayar belakangan dan harus bayar tgl 3feb dg sistem auto debet, setelah tgl 3 di apl trsbt pmbyran gagal, saya brusha menghubungi host di apl trsbt krena respon nya harus menunggu, saya langsung lakukan pembatalan dan pesan ulang karena takut jika di pesan oleh org lain, berhasil lah pembayaran langsung, sampai hari h tgl 12 saya datang ke villa ini untuk cek in dlu skitar pkul 2 dan di smbut penjaga dg baik karena sudah sesuai dg yg pesan yaitu nama saya, setelah itu barang sudah saya masukan ke kamar masing2 dan selanjutnya kita keluar untuk mencari makan dan belanja untuk makan malam dan pagi, sesampai nya kita ke villa pukul set 5 tiba2 villa sudah di isi oleh org lain, dan barang2 kita di keluarkan dari kamar serta penjaga yg awal nya menyambut kita tiba2 memberi tahu kalau pesanan saya di batal kan, dan setelah saya cek ternyata pembatalan pesanan dilakukan pukul set 4 lewat email padahal kita sudah cek in, dg kondisi sngat kecewa saya langsung minta no wa dr host villa tersebut dan ternyata mungkin dia baru sadar kalo pesanan yg kedua saya sudah berhasil tapi dia bilangnya ter cancel ke pimililk villa dan pemilik villa sendiri ternyata dapat pesanan dari pihak lain di hari selanjutnya tgl 4, dan host vila tersbut menerangkan ke saya kalo sistem dari apk yg trobel sehingga terjadi doble pesanan pdhal jelas2 dr awal saya bisa masuk untuk cek in dan pembatalan baru dilakukan pukul set 4, kekecewaan dan kesediahan yg luar biasa saya rasakan ketika saya sudah menjanjikan anak setalah makan dr luar untuk berenang di kolam yg ada divilla tapi kita dipaksa keluar dri villa tersebut dan anak saya berlari kekolam dan menangis karena ingin berenang dengan kondisi masih debat panjang dg host dan CS dr Ag**a, ini kesalah pahaman yg cukup fatal apapun alasannya jangan sampai terulang lagi bagi pengelola villa, saya harus akui kondisi villa sangat luar biasa bagus nya tapi harus rusak dg pengalam buruk ini, ending nya pemilik villa sudah berniat baik berusha mencarikan villa pengganti tapi karena kondisi sudah sngat lelah dan mulai malam kita memilih untuk opsi dari apl ag**a mencarikan pengganti
I want to stay on 12 feb and place an order at the end of January with the ag**a app, pay later and have to pay on 3feb with the auto debit system, after the 3rd on the trsbt app, pmbyran failed, i brushed contacting the host on the trsbt app because the response had to be waiting, I immediately canceled and reordered because I was afraid that if it was ordered by someone else, the payment was successful, until the 12th I came to this villa to check in first around 2 and was greeted by the guard well because it was in accordance with the one who ordered is my name, after that I put the items in each room and then we went out to look for food and shopping for dinner and morning, when we got to the villa at 5 o'clock suddenly the villa was filled by other people, and our belongings removed from the room and the guard who initially greeted us suddenly told me that my order was cancelled, and after I checked it turned out that the order cancellation was made at set 4 via email even though we had already Ah, I checked in, in a very disappointed condition, I immediately asked for the number from the villa host and it turned out that maybe he just realized that my second order was successful but he said it was canceled to the villa owner and the villa owner himself actually got an order from another party on the day then on the 4th, and the villa host explained to me that the system from the apk was problematic so that there was a double order even though it was clear from the start I was able to go in to check in and the cancellation was only done at set 4, disappointment and great sadness I felt when I was done promised the children after eating from outside to swim in the pool in the villa but we were forced out of the villa and my son ran into the pool and cried because he wanted to swim with the condition still a long debate with the host and CS dr Ag**a, this is quite a misunderstanding fatal, whatever the reason, don't let it happen again for the villa manager, I have to admit the condition of the villa is amazingly good, but it must be damaged this bad experience, in the end the villa owner had good intentions trying to find a replacement villa but because the conditions were very tired and starting at night we chose the option from the ag**a app to find a replacement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 tempat 2 villa, bisa sewa salah satu aja. Secara keseluruhan villanya bagus dan bersih. Mas yg jaga juga ramah dan sopan. Diantara kedua villa ada kolam renang, jadi sharing kolam renang buat kedua villa. Fasilitas ac, wifi, tv, pemanas air, kompor, peralatan masak, gelas, piring, handuk, jemuran, lemari.
Villa ke 1 nuansa rumah tradisional dengan 3 kamar. Ada 2 kamar mandi, salah satunya ddlam salah satu kamar. Meskipun rumah tradisional tapi masih ada ac nya dtiap kamar.
Villa ke 2 nuansa rumah moderen 2 lantai dengan 2 kamar. Kamar pertama dlantai bawah ada kamar mandi dalamnya. Kamar ke 2 dlantai atas tapi luas seperti 2 kamar djadikan 1. Ada 2 tempat tidur besar dan 1 tempat tdr kecil.
1 place 2 villas, you can rent just one. Overall the villa is nice and clean. The man in charge is also friendly and polite. Between the two villas there is a swimming pool, so sharing the pool for both villas. Facilities ac, wifi, tv, water heater, stove, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, towels, clothesline, wardrobe.
Villa to 1 feel of a traditional house with 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is in one of the rooms. Even though it is a traditional house, there is still air conditioning in each room.
The 2nd villa has the feel of a 2-storey modern house with 2 rooms. The first room downstairs has an en suite bathroom. The 2nd room is upstairs but spacious like 2 bedrooms. There are 2 large beds and 1 small bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vilanya bagus banget. 1 lokasi terdiri dari 2 vila. Yang bagian depan bernuansa arsitektur tradisional Jawa, sementara vila kedua yang posisinya ada di belakang bernuansa modern minimalis.
Di antara kedua villa terdapat sebuah kolam renang dengan kedalaman sekitar 1,2-1,5 meter.
Vila ke dua memiliki 2 kamar. 1 kamar di lantai bawah dan 1 kamar di lantai atas. Kamar yang di bawah sudah include dengan kamar mandi dalam, sementara untuk kamar yang di atas kamar mandinya terpisah namun lebih luas.
By the way, kamar yang di atas agak unik. Ketika dilihat dari luar sepertinya ada 2 kamar karena ada 2 pintu masuk, tapi ternyata kamarnya jadi satu. Mungkin awalnya memang dibuat menjadi dua kamar tidur tapi kemudian entah kenapa dijadikan satu.
Overall tempatnya bersih dan nyaman. Beberapa catatan kecil saja untuk perbaikan ke depannya yaitu:
1) peralatan masak seperti panci dll sebaiknya diupgrade menjadi yang lebih properlah. Udah keren gitu dapurnya tapi peralatan masak kok masih jadul gitu.
2) hati2 dengan lantai kamar mandi ya karena bisa lumayan licin ketika basah. Mungkin ada baiknya diberi semacam pelapis karet biar lebih aman.
3) berhubung kamar mandi cuma 2 buah jadi agak repot kalau tinggal di sini rame-rame. Alhasil harus antri.
4) masih terkait kamar mandi, pemanas airnya termasuk memiliki ukuran yang kecil. Akibatnya air panasnya cepat habis. Jadi orang yang ketiga bisa tidak kebagian mandi dengan air panas.
The villa is very nice. 1 location consists of 2 villas. The front is nuanced with traditional Javanese architecture, while the second villa in the back has a modern minimalist feel.
Between the two villas there is a swimming pool with a depth of about 1.2-1.5 meters.
The second villa has 2 bedrooms. 1 room downstairs and 1 room upstairs. The rooms below include an en suite bathroom, while the rooms above have a separate but wider bathroom.
By the way, the rooms above are a bit unique. When viewed from the outside it looks like there are 2 rooms because there are 2 entrances, but it turns out that the rooms are one. Maybe it was originally made into two bedrooms but then somehow made one.
Overall the place is clean and comfortable. Just a few small notes for future improvements, namely:
1) cooking utensils such as pans etc. should be upgraded to something more proper. The kitchen is so cool, but the cooking utensils are still old school.
2) be careful with the bathroom floor, because it can be quite slippery when wet. Maybe it's better to give some kind of rubber coating to make it safer.
3) since there are only 2 bathrooms, it's a bit of a hassle if you live here in a crowd. As a result, you have to queue.
4) still related to the bathroom, the water heater includes a small size. As a result, the hot water runs out quickly. So the third person could not get a shower with hot water.
