 The place is good, the price is also cheap ... just really recommended. for cleanliness okay, security is also 24 hours. Ideal boarding house, close to Cikini station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati2 kalau bikin janji sama petugas di omah loji. Saya & istri sdh konfirm sewa via wa dan telp di omah loji dgn mas Ainun, tapi pada saat istri sampai di sana sdh diberikan ke orang lain dgn alasan disangka istri saya yg dtg. Saya tagih komitmennya hanya dikasi solusi menunggu bulan depan atau cari lagi tempat lain. Sangat tidak profesional.
Be careful if you make an appointment with the officers at the lodge. My wife and I have confirmed the rental via wa and phone at Omah Loji with Mas Ainun, but when the wife got there it had been given to someone else on the grounds that it was thought that my wife had come. I charged the commitment only to be given a solution waiting for next month or looking for another place. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk kost an level Rp. 4 juta sebulan, ditempatkan pas di sebelah exhaust gedung sebelah (dan tembus suaranya ke kamar selama lebih dari 10 jam) dan internet lemot (sehingga zoom sering putus2). Gak worth-it!
For boarding a level of Rp. 4 million a month, placed right next to the exhaust of the next building (and the sound penetrates the room for more than 10 hours) and the internet is slow (so the zoom often breaks2). Not worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang lebih sudah 3 tahun kost di sini. Penjaga kost, Security dan OB nya ramah-ramah dan helpful. Tempatnya nyaman. Fasilitas nya AC, water heater, laundry dua kali per minggu, kamar dibersihkan dua kali per minggu, Wifi, TV pakai first media, akses pakai finger print. Kalau mau nambah kulkas di kamar, tambah lagi biaya bulanan nya. Ada dapur bersama.
Kritikan mungkin untuk wifi yang kadang2 suka mati, sementara provider telepon agak susah masuk ke kost (mungkin karena letak kost yang diapit gedung-gedung tinggi). Jadi agak emosi jiwa di masa WFH yang mengandalkan koneksi internet.
Selebihnya ok.
I have been living here for about 3 years. The boarding housekeeper, Security and OB are friendly and helpful. The place is comfortable. The facilities are AC, water heater, laundry twice per week, rooms cleaned twice per week, Wifi, TV using first media, access using finger print. If you want to add a refrigerator in the room, add another monthly fee. There is a shared kitchen.
The criticism may be for the wifi which sometimes turns off, while the telephone provider is a bit difficult to enter the boarding house (perhaps because the boarding house is flanked by tall buildings). So it's a bit emotional during the WFH era, which relies on an internet connection.
The rest is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mungkin sop nya sudah bagus sesuai syariah, tapi tolong cantumkan keterangan kalo booking disitu harus bawa surat nikah.. Jangan sampai tidak membawa surat nikah akhirnya ditolak dan pesanan pun tidak bisa di refund..
Mohon kasih keterangan sedetail mungkin pada aplikasi yang bekerja sama dengan hotel anda.
Maybe the soup is good according to sharia, but please include a statement if booking there must bring a marriage certificate ... Don't let the marriage certificate not be rejected and the order cannot be refunded..
Please provide as much detail as possible on the application that works with your hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya memilih untuk menginap disini selain karena tempatnya yang berada di pusat kota, jaraknya juga lumayan dekat dengan stasiun BNI City jadi cukup mudah kalau mau mengakses kereta bandara.
Interiornya adem khas rumah lama Indonesia dengan lobby yang luas dan homey, para satpam akan sigap membantu membuka pintu lobby ke area kamar yang hanya bisa di akses dengan sidik jari para satpam. Pro and cons buat sebagian orang tapi untuk saya tidak ada masalah kok.
Kamarnya lapang dengan beragam lukisan didinding yang mempercantik omah loji. Meskipun tidak disediakan sarapan dan amenities, anda tidak perlu khawatir karena tepat didepan ada jajaran warung Tegal yang siap mengenyangkan anda, berjalan keluar sedikit maka ada KFC dan banyak resto lainnya.
Overall highly recommended untuk anda yang ingin privacy dan mau dekat dengan pusat kota
I chose to stay here other than because the place is in the city center, the distance is also quite close to the BNI City station so it's quite easy if you want to access the airport train.
The interior is cool, typical of an old Indonesian house with a spacious and homey lobby, the security guards will quickly help open the lobby door to the room area which can only be accessed with the security guards' fingerprints. Pros and cons for some people but for me there is no problem.
The rooms are spacious with various paintings on the walls that beautify the house of the lodge. Even though breakfast and amenities are not provided, you don't need to worry because right in front there are a line of Tegal stalls ready to fill you up, walk out a bit then there are KFC and many other restaurants.
Overall highly recommended for those of you who want privacy and want to be close to the city center
