★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong di ajarkan sopan santun semua pegawainya. Saya menanyakan produk kepada salah satu karyawan dan di jawab dengan nada nyeleneh dan menyindir dgn cara membuat malu pelanggan. Dan ini sangat tidak sopan. Sungguh memalukan sekali nama baik Oke shop hancur hanya krn pegawai yang tidak memiliki attitude dan sopan santun. Dengan ini saya tidak akan pernah beli dan merekomendasikan siapapun utk membeli produk di Oke Shop!!!!!!!
Please teach the manners of all employees. I asked one of the employees for a product and was answered with an eccentric and insinuating tone in a way that embarrassed the customer. And this is very disrespectful. It's really embarrassing that Oke shop's good name is destroyed only because the employees don't have the attitude and manners. With this I will never buy and recommend anyone to buy products at Oke Shop !!!!!!!

Brother and sister are friendly, especially Samsung Solahudin, the product is of good quality, the location is near Global, can install 0% interest credit card ... goodjob???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a handphone in this store and paid through BliBli and my cc. Apparently the seller put HIDDEN cost on my bill which I just realized after I received the receipt of payment
2days later after the transaction. Even the receipt sent to me after I contacted one of the store guy who work for the hp brand which I bought. In the era of paperless system', I understand you Will not get the receipt directly by the time when you buy something. Normally the store Will send payment evidence by email. But this is first time I got "fooled" by OKE SHOP with the paperless system', in my home country!! The store guy has asked apologize for the hidden cost to me. For me the hidden amount is not significant but it is still consider as a fraud. Even the store guy admit to me he didn't know about this. I write this review so that all of you might aware when you want to buy something in this store! Be careful or better find somewhere else!
