★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya saya puas dengan pelayanan tukang ac OCT,tp sekarang kecewa,memang klo ngomong mengenai profesional saya yg salah karena garansi sdh habis,service ac tgl 17 juli 2018 permasalahanya ngga dingin sekarang tgl 29 agustus 2018 ac sdh ngga dingin lagi itu pun pemakean ngga full 1 bulan karena saya tinggal di rumah yg satu,saya tanya knp ini ngga dingin lagi padahal ngga saya pake full dalam 1 bulan,jawaban tukang ac OCT sangat tidak memuaskan,
At first I was satisfied with the service of the OCT ac repairman, but now I'm disappointed, indeed if I'm talking about my professional which is wrong because the warranty has run out, the ac service on July 17 2018, the problem is not cold now on August 29, 2018, the ac is not cold anymore, even the usage is not full 1 month because I live in the same house, I asked why it isn't cold anymore even though I didn't use it in full in 1 month, the answer of the OCT ac repairman was very unsatisfactory,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN. Saya menggunakan jasa service AC, namun malah kok jadi banyak drama ya dengan tukang servisnya ? AC saya rusak, benerin ini itu, tapi ya masih belum bener juga, sampai 4 hari bolak balik masa kita dibilang gak kooperatif karna si mas A** nombok bon, secara kita udah deal dengan harga sparepart 270rb. Lah mas? ente halu apa gimana dah ? Sampai hari ke-5 tukangnya bilang sakit kecapean, dan saya jadi udah keburu males duluan mau lanjutin servis disini HAHA. Saya gak tau harga sparepart AC apakah memang sengaja dimahalin atau engga oleh tukangnya. Minta nomor atasannya untuk nawar harga tapi ga dikasih. Saya ada bukti bon. Lain kali, mohon lebih profesional lagi ya, kalau karna alasan capek, kita semua capek mas kerja. Kalo gamau capek, ya tidur aja mas dirumah sambil minum kopi :) Saya ikhlas udah habis sejutaan dengan servis ini tapi malah ga bener2. Thanks. It was BAD experience!
VERY DISAPPOINTING. I use AC service, but how come there is a lot of drama with the repairmen? My air conditioner is broken, fix this, but it's still not right, up to 4 days back and forth, our period is not cooperative because mas A ** nombok bill, we already deal with the price of 270 thousand spare parts. Hey, bro? what are you doing? Until the 5th day the builder said he was tired, and I was already lazy to go ahead with the service here HAHA. I don't know the price of AC spare parts, whether they were deliberately expensive or not by the builders. Asked for the boss's number to bid on the price but it was not given. I have proof of receipt. Next time, please be more professional, if for reasons of being tired, we are all tired of work. If I'm tired, just sleep at home and drink coffee :) I sincerely have run out of a million with this service but it's not even true. Thanks. It was BAD experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah berkali kali ganti bengkel ac ahirnya nemu juga yg bener bener teknisi, jujur gak banyak nyeleneh, memberikan saran dan tips perawatan. Yg pentingnya tidak menganjurkan tambah freon.a Padahal saya yang minta. Dengan memperlihatkan meteran freon sebagai bukti dan foto bahwa freon gak perlu ditambah. Mantap gak nyesel recomended. Semoga selamanya begitu ya pak oke cool dan sukses .
I have changed the workshop many times, finally I also found a real technician, honestly not a lot of fun, giving advice and maintenance tips. The important thing is not to recommend adding freon.a Even though I asked for it. By showing the freon meter as evidence and photos that freon does not need to be added. Great, no regrets recommended. Hopefully that is forever, ok sir, cool and successful.
