★ ★ ★ ★ ★ menurut saya, tampat di ohana by rukita ini merupakan salah satu koskosan yang terbaik di tangerang. karena koskosan ini menerapkan co-living yang sangat menjadi point alasan mengapa saya betah berada di ohana. di tambah lagi penjaga kos yang sangat ramah seperti mas reza mas supri mas ferdy. semoga lebih banyak lagi koskosan seperti ini, agar kami para mahasiswa dapat fokus dan merasa nyaman berada di koskosan dibawah naungan rukita.
In my opinion, this place in Ohana by Rukita is one of the best koskosan in Tangerang. Because this koskosan applies co-living which is the very point of why I feel at home in Ohana. plus a boarding house keeper who is very friendly like Mas Reza Mas Supri Mas Ferdy. I hope there will be more koskosan like this, so that we students can focus and feel comfortable in the koskosan under the auspices of the Rukita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi guys ...menurut akuu tinggal di kosan ohana bener2 fun deh soalnya kosannya asik lalu penjaga nya baik banget selalu mengucapkan salam apa bila bertemu (ramah banget orang2 nya).Aku sangat senang tinggal di ohana deh best bngt pokok nya...pernah ada kejadian kamar aku basah karena anak anak kosan pda berenang sikap fast respond dri penjaga mas REZA &SUPRI dapat di andalkan ...really happy to stay here . ♡♡♡♡
oh iya lupa satu lagi mereka jugaa berani tegor tenant yang lain apabila mereka berisik ... sikap fair dari mereka sangatlah profesional dalam bekerja.

Hi guys ... in my opinion, living in a boarding house Ohana is really fun because the boarding house is cool and the guards are really kind and always say what greetings when they meet (very friendly people). I'm very happy to live in Ohana, the best is really ... ever there was an incident in my room getting wet because the kids in the boarding house were swimming, the fast respond attitude of the guard mas REZA & SUPRI could be counted on ... really happy to stay here. ♡♡♡♡
oh yeah forget one more thing, they also dare to tegor other tenants when they are noisy ... their fair attitude is very professional at work.
