Horrible service!!! unaccountable for their actions and deliberately ignored all my emails (except before I paid for the test, they replied fast but after the test horrible treatment!) No transparency whatsoever.
I took the computer delivered test with the intention that i'd be able to receive the result faster as I needed the certificate as soon as possible. Fortunately, I did receive my test result fast but my certificate was delay by IALF significantly. Considering the pandemic I opted to have my certificate delivered, since in the email IALF claimed that the mailing would only take 1-3 working days, i thought why not. To my dismay, I found out that after more than a week of my result announcement, IALF has yet to send out my certificate and had just sent out the certificate yesterday because I called and asked for the airway bill, of which they claimed on the phone that the certificate is on its way. What I am disappointment the most is the lack of communication and transparency. I had emailed IALF 5 times and was reverted to contact a certain officer, of whom I am certain does not even check her email. I had called and was promised will be provided the airway bill of the delivery but received no response whatsoever after the call. As someone who had used IALF services a number of times, I am disappointed and upset with how IALF has handled this matter, not to mention there was no apology or signs of regret from IALF from having lied to me about sending my certificate since last week and for deliberately ignoring all my emails. I am disappointed that only after I become frustrated and impatient with IALF lack of response, I was finally given service. I do not think such behavior is professional nor appropriate. I think IALF should self-reflect if they wish to remain in business.

They got paper-based and computer-based IELTS tests. The staff and securities are well-mannered and friendly. And the place itself is clean n comfy.

β β β β β a very comfortable place to take the ielts test. the staffs are helpful and the C-19 safety protocols are taken seriously. one thing i'd like to change is the keyboards used for the CD tests, though. they're old style keyboards with thick key caps, so it's a bit tricky to get fast and accurate typing. overall, 5 stars.

β β β β β You can learn either Indonesian language and/or english here. they have native speaker as a teacher which is good. though the price for the class is relatively expensive but I can guaranteed that it's worth the price. they have library room and computer lab though I'm not really sure on how it used on regular base. I really recommend you to take english class here especially if you planning on taking IELTS test.
