Apakah bisa saya langsung pengajuan bikin ktp langsung ke disdukcapil sumber? Dan mohon info nya, sebenarnya pembuatan ktp itu prosedur nya berapa lama? Terima kasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedikit cerita, ktp saya hilang di jakarta, saya minta tlong dicetak oleh ayah saya dokumen dll sudah sesuai, akan tetapi karena tidak boleh diwakilkan dan saya paham, hari ini saya datang ke dukcapil langsung datang dari jakarta, sekalian berkunjung dan urus ktp hilang saya, pas di kantor kok saya diarahkan untuk online oleh security sana, dan ketika saya coba websitenya ternyata servernya eror, dan saya butuh ktp tsb dengan cepat..
Pertanyaannya apakah benar benar tidak bisa langsung diproses bilamana orang tsb terlanjur datang ke kantor dukcapil? Sementara persyaratan sudah lengkap semua?
Saya jauh jauh dtng dari jakarta dan disuruh pulang coba besok lagi kalo websitenya sudah normal,
Tinggal cetak saja kan saya juga tidak ingin merubah data data saya kok.
Kiranya dpt dijelaskan.
