★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya mengecewakan. Walo barang-barang nya unik dan banyak promo juga. Tapi tidak begitu memelihara customer relations nya dengan baik, seperti follow up barang yang ketika itu adalah sebuah bonus dari penjualan promo. Dikarenakan indent jadi harus menunggu dan diminta meninggalkan nomor telpon agar bisa kembali dihubungi ketika barangnya sudah ada. Namun saat itu dijanjikan dalam waktu seminggu saja akan dikabari lagi, yang terjadi sudah masuk bulan berikutnya tidak ada kabarnya. Saat ditanyakan kembali, tiap pegawainya saling lempar karena merasa bukan tanggungan mereka melayani saat itu. Jadi harus menunggu kabar dari yang melayani saat itu. Dijanjikan 3 hari setelahnya, hingga hari tersebut kembali ditanyakan dengan datang langsung ternyata belum ada barangnya. Alasan nya karena termasuk produk yang udah jarang jadinya masih menunggu stok dari toko lain dan diusahakan minggu depan sudah ada. Kembali menunggu seminggu lagi deh katanya. Dari kronologis di atas kelihatan masing-masing pegawainya hanya mementingkan melayani pembeli yang saat itu mereka layani. Layaknya sales mobil, padahal barang yang diperjualbelikan kebanyakan stationery alias alat tulis kantor atau peralatan kantor sejenisnya. Dan semestinya tidak ada persaingan dengan saling lempar kebutuhan konsumen seperti itu. Semoga yang lain tidak merasakan keanehan yang saya rasakan.
His service is disappointing. Walo has unique items and lots of promos too. But not so maintain its customer relations properly, such as the follow-up of goods when it is a bonus from selling promos. But when it was promised within a week it would be informed again, what happened was already in the following month there was no news. When asked again, each employee threw each other because they felt it was not their responsibility to serve at that time. So you have to wait for news from those serving at that time. Promised 3 days later, until that day again asked by coming directly there was no item. The reason is because it is one of the products that seldom happens and is still waiting for stock from another store and will be available next week. Back waiting for another week he said. From the chronology above, it seems that each of the employees is only concerned with serving the buyers they are serving. Like a car sales, even though the goods being traded are mostly stationery, aka office supplies or similar office equipment. And there should be no competition with the throwing of consumer needs like that. Hopefully the others will not feel the strangeness that I feel.
