★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya kecewa karena lama sampainya tapi karena baca bisnis impor and lagi lockdown di china, yaudadeh saya maklumin dan admin fb'nya sesuai janji buat suruh tim sales hubungi saya dan menjelaskan kenapa barang lama. semua bagus tapi agak cepat lagi respon sales dan pengirimannya .
 Actually disappointed because it took so long to arrive but because I read about the import business and the lockdown in China, well, I understand and the fb admin promised to tell the sales team to contact me and explain why the goods are old. all good but a bit fast again sales response and delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan rekomen kalo buat jasa import soalnya tumben banget ada jasa import yang ngasih harga all in sekali bayar. Kalo belanja import itu biasanya bayarnya berkali-kali. lumayan simple dan harganya juga masuk buat pebisnis kaya saya.
kurangnya cuma satu, belum ada pilihan jalur udara. kasih option jalur udara min.
Quite a recommendation for import services, because there are really import services that give an all-in price in one payment. If you buy imports, you usually pay multiple times. quite simple and the price is also reasonable for a businessman like me.
at least there is only one, there is no air route option. give the air route option min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengiriman super duper lama.. Baru tau oci stock jadi coba-coba untuk masukin lewat sini dan ada juga yg masukin lewat jalur logistik biasa.
order lewat oci tgl 8 dikirim tgl 13 des (cepet nih) sampai bea cukai tgl 29 des(masi cepet) eh sampai tgl 19 ga keluar-keluar loh dari bea cukai..
saya import sendiri proses ada tgl 3, 8 dan 12 proses kirim tgl 15-23 des, tgl 7-15 ud sampe semua di tempat eh yg di oci belom sama sekali loo..
katanya di bea cukai pengalaman saya import di bea cukai paling lama 14 hari kecual kena red line, ini beli 7 barang ga ada yg sampe 1 pun
Jangan beli di sini deh.. kacau pelayanannya
Super duper long delivery.. I just found out about OCI stock, so I tried to enter it through here and some people put it through the usual logistics route.
order via oci on the 8th, sent on the 13th of dec (soon) to customs on the 29th of dec (still fast) uh, until the 19th it didn't come out of customs..
I imported it myself, the process is on 3, 8 and 12, the shipping process is on 15-23 December, on 7-15, everything arrived at the place.
he said at customs, my experience was importing at customs for a maximum of 14 days, except for the red line, I bought 7 items, none of them arrived
Don't buy here.. the service is messed up

Terus pas ada kendala, aku juga dibantuin sampe barangnya bisa selamat sampai tujuan tanpa lecet. Dan barang yang aku pesan lengkap sesuai yang aku butuhkan. Kendalanya cuman di pengiriman yang lama,semoga kedepannya bisa diperbaiki lagi. Sukses terus buat ownernya!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manis di awal aja pahit di akhir, pelayanan buruk sekali order 5 item ujung2 nya 2 item yang datang tanpa konfirmasi giliran refundnya lama sudah 4 bulan. Pengiriman lama dari china ke indo sampe 3 bulan buset dah ini jasa layanan impor yang ngak rekomendasi banget. Itu yang kasih bintang 5 karyawanya. Jangan mau pokoknya belanja disini !!!!!
Sweet at the beginning, bitter at the end, very bad service, ordering 5 items in the end, 2 items that arrived without confirmation of their turn for a refund, it's been 4 months. Long shipping from China to Indonesia, up to 3 months, this is an import service that isn't really recommended. That's what the employees give 5 stars. Don't want to just shop here!!!!!

Barang tidak sesuai, diminta refund sudah hampir 2 bulan masih belum selesai alasan suppliernya tidak membalas. Bisnis seperti ini seharusnya yang bertanggung jawab langsung ke customer Ocistoknya, sudah bagus ditunggu 1 bulan masih tidak kasi kabar. Kalau supplier tidak balas selama-lamanya apa saya harus kehilangan uang?
The refund handling took a very long time, I ordered in October and it arrived 4 months later. The item doesn't match, asked for a refund, it's been almost 2 months, it's still not finished, the reason is the supplier didn't reply. A business like this should be directly responsible to its Ocistok customer, it's been good to wait 1 month, still no news. If the supplier doesn't reply forever, do I have to lose money?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga bangettt ???? giliran mau pesan aja di telfon berkali2 kyk dikejar deadline. Eh udah bayar, baru deh bilang barang gaada setelah dana tu di proses. Mau refund susah kali, udh 2 bulan uang belum dibalik2in!
Eh pas pesanan gua sampe, yg dikirim cuma 1 jenis aja. Pas nanya baru bilang kl 1 jenis lagi ga ready dooong. TANPA CONFIRM APA2 sebelumnya.
Tapi duit juga blm dikembalikan SAMA SEKALI. Total barang sampe 1 jenis, dan 2 jenis barang lainnya yang sudah dibayar BELUM DIKEMBALIKAN SAMA SEKALI DANANUA.
SUPER LATE RESPONSE GILIRAN BALIKIN DUIT BUYER. Berbeda sama ketika mau membeli, suruh bayar cepat2. VERY NOT RECOMENDED. ??

Eh, when my order arrived, only 1 type was sent. When I asked, I just said that 1 more type is not ready. WITHOUT CONFIRM ANYTHING beforehand.
But the money has not been returned at all. In total, there is 1 type of goods, and 2 other types of goods that have been paid for NOT REFUND AT ALL THE FUNDS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enaknya import disini itu beneran kita dibantu oleh timnya... kalo tempat lain saya kapok harus bayar member, terus ditinggal gitu aja kalo ada masalah.
disini harganya all in sekali bayar, kalo barang rusak juga dibantu ganti sama timnya lumayan membantu. perbaiki pengirimannya yang masih sangat lama.
The good thing about imports here is that we are really helped by the team... if in other places I give up having to pay members, and just leave it like that if there is a problem.
here the price is all in one time, if the item is damaged, the team will also help replace it. fix the delivery which is still very long.
