★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan saat pre-sales memang baik, tetapi setelah DP dan pelunasan pelayanannya menjadi sangat buruk dan cenderung asal jadi. Untuk yang akan berbelanja disini semoga tidak terjebak seperti saya.
The pre-sales service is good, but after the down payment and settlement, the service is very bad and tends to be careless. For those who will shop here, hopefully they don't get stuck like me.

Tetapi sngt di sayangkn setelah memulai Dp dan tahap pelunasan saya di layani oleh salah 1 penjaga engko di sana beda orang lagi saya lupa nama pastiny ,Kualitas service menjadi sangat buruk dan membuat pembeli menjadi menunggu ,TIDK MNGRTI PRODUK sehingga mengeluarkan (uang yg tidak seharusnya!) MOHON DIPERBAIKI kualitas service nya! Dan jangan menjadi korban terhadap customer yg lainnya. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS dan knowledge di TINGKATKAN krna buka toko terbilang sudah cukup lama TERIMA KASIH!!!
Prtama came to this place and was welcomed by the owner, who was quite friendly and kind. Provides a lot of knowledge etc. But very sad after starting the Dp and the repayment stage I was served by one of the crank guards there, different people, I forgot the exact name, the quality of service became very bad and made the buyer wait, SLEEPING PRODUCTS TAKE IT OUT (money that shouldn't be! ) PLEASE IMPROVE the quality of service! And don't be a victim to other customers. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS and knowledge is IMPROVED, because opening a shop has been quite a while THANK YOU !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an individual trying to buy an affordable sewing machine for practicing purpose. They asked me for a down payment and I did - I was told that the machine might comes in 2 weeks. 2 months have passed and I'm wondering where my machine is and all I got is a rude customer service on the phone. When I inquired if I can get a refund - the staff who received my call said to talk to the sales person who handled my purchase - but he wasn't there at the time of the call. When I called again to complain about the person, I was told to just forgive her because the shop is busy. I know it's a small purchase (eqv to USD 120) considering the size of their business - but it is not an excuse to treat their customer this way.
