First visit, try out in October 2019. Dining in with family. Not so packed, just 4 tables occupied.
Our orders which we requested for fast service, turned out pretty long. I even came to the counter and asked 2 staffs. They turned out waited all orders to be ready before served, so the friend rice already got cold when served. Tasted very bland as well, nobody finished. The grilled banana (chocolate & cheese flavoured) was very bad, still very hard and burnt badly on one side (carsinogenic danger). The "vegetarian" penne we ordered was foul-smelled of meat/beef (?), very bland, and the pasta was still pretty hard (when boiling, should be in super hot gurgling water).
Good thing is, the restaurant staff received our input feedback well.
