Namun saat trip dimulai sangat mengecewakan
Tolong diperbaiki saya KECEWA
1. Isi snack tidak sesuai dengan yang di informasikan
2. Tourguide sangat tidak kompeten, terlambat terus dan terkesan melepas peserta tour
3. Di infokan kami bisa pilih sport game, dilokasi kami hanya boleh naik banana boat
4. Ketidakjelasan dalam pembelian tiket pulang sehingga kami terlantar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa dengan Nusa Tour, saya ambil paket 3 Hari 2 Malem di Pulau Pari. tanggal 29-31 Oktober 2020.
Itenary yg saya terima dari Nusa Tour dapet snorkling 2 Kali hari ke 2( pagi-sore ) dan hari ke3 ( pagi ).
yang saya dapatkan hanya 1 kali snorkling di Hari kedua ( pagi jam 9-10.30)
Setelah saya tanyakan ke Pihak Nusa Tour, mereka melemparkan tanggung jawab ke Operasional di Pulau Pari, Padahal saya membeli Paket dari Nusa Tour ( yang membuat kecewa tidak responsif dan TIDAK ADA KOORDINASI ANTARA NUSA TOUR Dengan operasional di lapangan ).
saya pergi dengan 9 Orang dari marina ancol dengan harga paket tidak kami tawar, tapi mendapatkan pelayanan MINIMAL.
sebaiknya kalau menerima order, di pastikan terlebih dahulu fasilitas di Pulau PAri...
oia , saya di janjikan Homestay ber-AC tetapi kami kepanasan selama 2 Malam karena AC tidak berfungsi.
I was disappointed with the Nusa Tour, I took the 3 Days 2 Night package on Pari Island. 29-31 October 2020.
The itinerary that I received from Nusa Tour got 2 times snorkling, day 2 (morning-evening) and day 3 (morning).
all I got was 1 time snorkeling on the second day (morning 9-10.30)
After I asked the Nusa Tour, they threw responsibility to Operations on Pari Island, even though I bought a package from Nusa Tour (which disappointed me, was not responsive and there was NO COORDINATION BETWEEN NUSA TOUR and operations in the field).
I went with 9 people from Marina Ancol with the package price we did not bargain, but got MINIMUM service.
We recommend that if you receive an order, make sure the facilities on PAri Island first ...
Oia, I was promised an air-conditioned homestay but we were overheated for 2 nights because the air conditioner didn't work.
