★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya strategis, berada di daerah segitiga emas. Di depan nya juga ada pasar. Jalanan di depannya juga lebar, beraspal dan dua jalur. Ada dua type kamar; Deluxe & Suite. Harga sewa Type Deluxe Rp. 4.250.000,-/bulan. Sedangkan Type Suite Rp. 4.500.000,-/bulan. Ada juga sewa untuk mingguan dan harian. Seluruh ruangan bebas asap rokok, kecuali balkon dan pekarangan bawah. Untuk yang bawa mobil ada biaya tambahan Rp. 400.000,-/bulan.
The location is strategic, in the golden triangle area. There is also a market in front of it. The road in front of it is also wide, paved and two lanes. There are two types of rooms; Deluxe & Suite. Rental price for Deluxe Type Rp. 4,250,000 / month. While the Type Suite is Rp. 4,500,000 / month. There are also weekly and daily rentals. All rooms are non-smoking, except for balconies and lower yards. For those who bring a car there is an additional fee of Rp. 400,000 / month.
