★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan/Komplek ini aman dan nyaman sekali, walaupun jalanannya masuk 1 mobil dan 1 motor tapi enak banget. Satpam yang siaga juga menambah asyik tinggal di sini. Ditambah dipasang CCTV untuk melihat situasi kondisi didalam perumahan/komplek ini.
Housing / Complex This is very safe and comfortable, even though the road enters 1 car and 1 motorbike but it is really nice. The security guard who is on standby also adds to the fun of staying here. Plus installed CCTV to see the situation in the housing / complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan kecil yang sederhana dipinggiran jakarta timur. Jalan akses agak kecil, jadi agak susah kalau 2 mobil bertemu. Harus ada yang ngalah salah satu. Untuk saat ini (november 2018) masih terasa panas karena kurang pohon. Untuk harga rumahnya masih sesuai dengan lokasi yang letaknya strategis. Mungkin nanti bisa lebih mahal lagi.
Simple small housing on the edge of East Jakarta. The access road is rather small, so it's a bit difficult if 2 cars meet. There must be someone who lost to one of them. For now (November 2018) it is still hot due to lack of trees. For the price of the house is still in accordance with the location which is strategically located. Maybe later it will be even more expensive.
