★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalam saya service disana sangat tdak memuaskan,5 hari sudah ganti 2x LCD,kronologi nya : LCD pertama bergaris hitam dan saya langsung mengclaim kerusakan tersebut tetapi dengan alasan anti gores sudah dilepas,padahal anti goresnya saya bawa,tidak bisa diganti.Padahal garansi sticker dibaut iphone 6 milik saya belum dibongkar.dan akhirnya saya ditawarkan untuk ganti lcd ;lagi dengan catatan saya menambahkan uang sebesar Rp.300.000.pengalaman saya mudah-mudahan bisa membuka pikiran anda untuk service handphone kesayangan anda disini
My experience of the service there was not satisfactory, 5 days I have replaced 2x LCD, the chronology is: the first LCD has a black stripe and I immediately claimed the damage but with the reason that the scratch resistant has been removed, even though I brought the scratch resistant, it cannot be replaced. my iPhone 6 has not been dismantled. And finally I was offered to replace the LCD; again with a note I added Rp. 300,000. My experience can hopefully open your mind to your favorite mobile service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak jauh beda kejadian sama kaya @ZulfikarFalero.. Bolak balik ganti LCD.. Kronologi.. saya ganti LCD Xiaomi Redmi 4a, karna Touch screen sudah eror. Saya awal nanya berapa untuk ganti lcd+touch.. Buka lah harga 300 di dengan alasan 300rb yg paling bagus.. Saya nego lah sampai akhir nya deal 280.. Singkat nya sudah selesai jam 1siang kalo gasalah.. Nah sampai nya di rumah masih bisa di mainin, trus jam 5 sore touchscreen nya ngebleng, sama sekali gak bisa.. Balik lah saya dari karet tengsin ke roxy lagi jam 5 sore itu langsung. Sesampai nya disana 30 menit penanganan alasan nya Harus di restar ulang atau cabut batre.. Oke lah saya percaya dan bisa.. Tapi besok nya siang hari jam 11:30 touchscreen gabisa lagi.. Langsung saya keroxy lagi,,dan di ganti lah lcd baru + di inepin lah 5 jam hp saya di toko itu. Jam 5 saya ambil, dan oke lah bener lagi.. Eh tapi besok sore nya kejadian keulang lagi.. Balik lagi dah saya campur emosi, karna sudah 3 hari berturut turut gaada perubahan.. Sampai disana saya bilang, saya rugi waktu, bensin, parkir dll... Karna di awal bilang nya LCD YANG BAGUS,, tapi malah jadi berantakan.. Di cek lagi dah hp saya,, kata nya MESIN NYA. Nah kenapa waktu 5 jam sebelum nya gak di cek msalah nya apa. Tapi itu cuma alesan. Adu mulut lah sama karyawan, sempet mau adu pukul, tapi ada security yg nengahin.. Dan saya minta cancel lah, datang lah bos nya yg lebih sopan nanganin nya. Di cancel lah lcd saya dengan uang yg kata nya sama yaitu 280.. Tapi ada kesalahan yg daya buat, pas di kasih nya uang itu,, si bos ngasih uang dengan dilipat, dan saya gak ngecek kembali. Ternyata yg di balikin cuma 180rb.. Setelah saya ganti lcd tempat lain, alhamdulillah normal lagi.. Hati" buat yg laen mau service disini, pikir" dulu.

I turned back and I mixed emotions, because it had been 3 consecutive days, there was no change ... Until there I said, I lost time, gasoline, parking etc ... But that is only alesan. The mouth was the same with the employees, I wanted to fight, but there was security that stopped ... And I asked to cancel it, came the boss who was more polite about it. Canceled my LCD with the same word money, 280. But there was a power error, when the money was given, the boss gave money folded, and I didn't check it again. It turns out that the one behind is only 180rb .. After I change the lcd to another place, thank God it's normal again .. Heart "for what I want to service here, think" first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belum dipake 2 minggu ,LCD udh eror lg aja.. kdang ngeblank kdang nggk, ancur dah pokoknya.
Ga tau ini LCD barang bs apa gmna...
Haven't used it for 2 weeks, the LCD has an error again...sometimes it goes blank, sometimes it doesn't, it's just ruined.
I don't know what LCD this item can do...
