★ ★ ★ ★ ★ highly recommended, hotel, airlines and bus are as per mention in brochure. some improvement that i would suggest, team lead from nra should ensure that all customers are depart and arrived safely, gather all in one place share information first prior entering immigration, we experienced that everyone were scattered in immigration and some are not knowing that we should bring our own luggage which resulted in long hours of waiting at arrival airport which is not efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good travel if you want to do Umroh, the price is cheap and it offers you to stay in a 5* hotel in Medina and Mecca which was very comfortable. The agents are very detail and answers all your questions, though it took some time for them to answer it due to work and they have their own family to take care of, but its alright because they are still very responsive.
