★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengkel repair cat paling parah selama saya claim asuransi, proses perbaikan lama 20 hari dan saat diterima kondisi mobil saya bagian dalam sangat berantakan, banyak sampah di kolong jok kursi dan kondisinya kotor sekali, banyak bekas telapak hitam pada bagian atas/langit dan jok mobil bahkan ada bagian part yang copot/hilang dan rusak.
Bagian dalam pintu dipasang tidak rapi/tidak presisi. Mohon agar pihak Nova bisa lebih profesional ke depannya.
 The paint repair workshop was the worst as long as I claimed insurance, the repair process took 20 days and when I received my car the inside was very messy, lots of trash under the seats and the condition was very dirty, lots of black palm marks on the top / sky and even the car seats. there are parts that are dislodged / missing and damaged.
The inside of the door is installed untidy / imprecise. Please help Nova to be more professional in the future.
