Setelah konfirmasi ke pihak nobu,tempat pembukaan rekening awal, spv nya yg bernama (yudha )dan cs nya yg bernama (Richi)
Memberikan keterangan yg berubah rubah..
Pertama dari mesin atm.
Kami Minta rekaman cctv tdk diberikan..
Trus ke esokan harinya merubah keterangan menjadi via bangking,dan Sebelumnya namanya (Richi) CS..menanyakan merk telepon apa aja yg ada dirumah kami.
Aneh kan, jelas2 itu di mesin ATM, bukti Print out dan Rekening koran
Padahal kami sudah komperatif ikut prosedur, suruh nunggu 20hr.

Perlu dicurigai ,karna memberikan keterangan 2 yg tdk jelas dan berubah rubah..
Pertama mereka bilang melalui mesin ATM ,trs berubah katanya malah dibilang lewat bangking..
Jelas2 keterangan buku dan rekening koran via Atm,
saya ke call canter nobu 1 500 278 juga via ATM
Malah dibilang lewat bangking kata yuda spv nobu bip.
Satu lagi, kartu atm saya tdk bisa digunakan dr pertama kali buka rekening.
Yuda(spv) nobu, tdk bisa memberikan rekaman cctv.
Padahal mereka yg punya system
Jd tolong bapak jajaran direksi..jgn sampai reputasi bank rusak sama oknum2 yg tdk bertanggung jawab

I also went to call canter nobu 1 500 278 via ATM

One more thing, my atm card can't be used from the first time I open an account.
Yuda(spv) nobu, can't provide CCTV footage.
Even though they have the system
So please, the board of directors..don't let the bank's reputation be damaged by irresponsible people
