★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasanya saya ke NMW Skincare Depok, dan akhirnya NMW buka cab Cibubur and Im very happy ga perlu lg antri lama2 spt klo di NMW Depok disini msh ga tlalu rame jd lgs dilayani.
 Usually I go to NMW Skincare Depok, and finally NMW opens a Cibubur cab and Im very happy no need to queue for a long time like in NMW Depok here still not too busy to be served later.

1. Saya adalah member Depok..saat di depok sya dikasih member semntara yg nmer nya hanya di tulis di kartu periksa saat di depok. Saya stiap di depok treatment dan beli krim dapat diskon 10 % member..ttapi di cibubur tidak berlaku..krena kartu fisik member nya tdak ada..sya dmnta untk kembali ke depok mminta kartu member nya..yaa gak mngkin krna jaraknya jauh..Bukannya Nmw itu sistemnya OL hrus nya bisa dilihat ya didepok saya dapat diskon..sdh bbrapa kali ke cbbur tpi ttep sama tdak ada diskon buat saya..KECEWAAAA
2. Tgl 26 sept kmrin sya facial..saat ekstraksi komedo saya rasa suaaakiiitt nya mnta ampun pdahal mba nya sudah pelan dan skit nya ini tdak sperti biasanya..sya merasa alat untk ekstraksi nya ada bagian yg tajam jdi besi nya tdak rata..saya bilang sma mbak nya " mba sperti nya alatnya tajam yaa..mba nya lagsg pergi dan mengganti alat tsb, saat diganti alatnya sudaj tdak berasa tajam..berarti kesimpulannya alat ini tdak layak pakai..hrus nya sbelun di pakai ada proses Quality yaaa..yg tdak layak hrusnya tdak boleh dipakai..dan alhasil bagian yg sdh diekstraksi membekas merah2 dan kluar jerawat kecil2 dan bernanah
Tolong di perhatikan yaaa
I don't like to be:
1. I am a member of Depok ... while in Depok I was given a temporary member whose number was only written on the check card when depok. I every time depok treatment and buy a cream can be a 10% discount member ... but in Cibubur not valid ... because the members' physical cards are not there ... I was asked to go back to Depok to ask for the member card ... yes not possible because of the distance. It's not like that, the OL system should be seen right next to me, I got a discount ... so many times to cbbur, but still the same, there is no discount for me ... DISAPPOINTED
2. On the 26th sept kmrin my facial ... when I extracted blackheads I thought the sound was pissed off even though the mba was already slow and the skit wasn't as usual ... I felt the tool for extraction had sharp parts so the iron wasn't flat ... I said high school, sis, "As the tool is sharp, yes, I will go away and replace the tool, when the tool is replaced, it doesn't feel sharp ... means the conclusion, this tool is not worth using ... it must be used, there must be a Quality process. ... that doesn't deserve it should not be used ... and as a result the extracted part has left a red mark and the pimple is small and festering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pakai NMW dr awal april 2016, berawal minta tolong tmn buat dicarikan tempat perawat wajah yg bagus dgn budget yg terjangkau..
Diajak lah ke NMW DEPOK, dan Alhamdulillah sudah jd member jg wkt msh d depok..
Jujur sy akui bagus,.
Tapi klo di badan sy hrs d bantu dgn jaga pola makan jg trnyta, gk bs makan makanan yg mengandung kacang2, yg instan2, gk boleh makan pedes, yg mengandung minyak, bener2 hrs SEHAT.
Yaa pda saat itu krn lg diet dan jaga pola makan jg.
Sempat pindah ke luar pulau jawa ikut tugas suami, dan coba krim2 lain jg slama dsna, blm lg stop pemakaian krn hamil anak ke-2 awal sept' 2017 , tp mulai awal bln sept' ini balik lg ke NMW di cab.cibubur ....
Dgn jenis perawat yg masih sama dr awal kenal NMW..
Sukses sllu untuk semua Cab. NMW dmn pun..???

Honestly, I admit it's good ,.
But if I have to help with keeping my diet healthy, I can't eat foods that contain beans, instant ones, I can't eat spicy, which contains oil, really must be HEALTHY.
Well, at that time, because of my diet and keeping my diet.
Had moved outside of Java to take part in her husband's duties, and try other creams also during the period, not yet stop using it because of the second child pregnancy beginning sept '2017, but starting early this month sept' back again to NMW in cab.cibubur .. ..
With the type of nurse who is still the same from the beginning to know NMW ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya pake nmw dr 2016 , awal ny saya pk nmw yg d depok tapi krna dokter saya pindah k cabang cibubur , saya pun ikutin jadwal dokter nya saya ikut perawatan d cibubur krna akses ny lebih mudah juga , tgl 4 april 2019 dr. ratna yg biasa saya konsul dya lagi stay d depok terpaksa saya konsul dgn dr yg ada , dr. sari saya s ganti cream saya ikut aja apa saran dokter selang 3hr pemakain cream muka saya jd berminyak , buntusan akhir ny muncul jerawat, akhir ny saya konsul ulang dgn dr.ratna jerawat saya biasa cuma 4 titik, 16 sep 2019 saya dateng k klinik cibubur dgn harapan muka saya bisa normal lagi dr ny pun saranin saya ambil pake facial DFT egh saya ZONKny dapet terapis muka saya asal s berisihin nya boroan sambil d pijit , d scrab asal + masang masker kena mata saya, pas saya d kasih serum nya itu saya komplen s terapis nya saya bilang muka saya gatel , dya blng gappa itu biasa , akhirny pulang 1hr stelah saya facial DFT jerawat saya makin banyak , sampe stres rasanya karna sblm nya saya ga pernah berjerawat , saya ngerasa kecewa aja ko nmw pny terapis ga sesuai prosedur.
I use NMW from 2016, at the beginning I pm nmw who was depok but because my doctor moved to Cibubur Branch, I followed the doctor's schedule. I took care of Cibubur because the access was easier too, on April 4th 2019 Dr. ratna that I used to consul to stay in depok I was forced to consult with the existing dr, dr. my sari s replace cream I just follow what the doctor suggested interval 3hr usage of my face cream so it is oily, the final bundle appeared pimples, finally I re-consulted with dr.ratna my usual acne only 4 points, 16 sep 2019 I came to Cibubur Clinic in the hope that my face can be normal again, from any suggestion I take DFT egh facials, my ZON can get my facial therapist as long as it contains a boroan while massaging, d scrab the origin + put a mask on my eyes, right when I give it my serum I complained to my therapist, my face was stingy, I thought it was normal, and finally came home after 1 hour after my DFT facial pimples got worse, until it felt stressed because before I had never had acne, I was just disappointed that I didn't feel that the therapist didn't fit the procedure .

Sudah booking untuk melakukan treatment messo bright pada tanggal 2 Desember 2021,setelah saya datang ke NMW untuk melakukan treatment messo bright dari pihak front liner menginformasikan untuk jarum messo Gun tidak ada. Jadi hanya bisa melakukan treatment messo bright hanya di suntik,padahal sebelumnya saya sudah info via phone untuk melakukan treatment messo bright gun.
Alhasil saya pulang tanpa melakukan treatment . Walaupun saya sudah melakukan Payment. Solusi yg di tawarkan oleh pihak NMW saya harus menunggu sampai jam 4 sore atau besok hari . Yg membuat saya bingung dari NMW cabang Cibubur apakah tidak ada melakukan stock opname? Sehingga ada ada misscom antara pihak front liner dan perawat?
Very disappointed with the service of NMW Cibubur. Already booked to do the messo bright treatment on December 2, 2021, after I came to NMW to do the messo bright treatment, the front liner informed me that the messo gun needle was not available. So I can only do the Messo Bright treatment only by injection, even though I already informed via phone to do the Messo Bright gun treatment.
As a result, I went home without any treatment. Even though I have made payment. The solution offered by NMW I have to wait until 4 pm or tomorrow. What makes me confused is from NMW Cibubur branch, is there no stock taking? So there is a misscom between the front liner and the nurse?
