★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sejak masih sekolah sudah membuat kacamata di sini. Sudah 10 tahun lebih. Hari ini saya mengalami pengalaman yang sangat buruk dari toko ini.
Saya datang untuk mengambil kacamata yang saya beli dan menemani teman saya yang mau bikin kacamata baru.
Ketika saya meminta tolong ownernya (istri) untuk membantu revisi tanggal kuitansi untuk keperluan claim karena salah. Ybs tidak merespon saya apa-apa. Saya ditinggal begitu saja dan memilih melayani pengunjung lain yang sampai setelah saya. Di sini saya tidak melakukan upping nominal kuitansi. Kuitansi yang saya minta sesuai dengan yang saya bayarkan ke mereka.
After sales service yang sangat buruk. Owner yang sombong dan tidak sopan. Tidak ada sepatah katapun atau permisi ketika meninggalkan saya. Saya merasa menyesal sudah merekomendasikan tempat ini ke teman-teman saya. Not reccommended and very disappointing.
 I have been making glasses here since I was in school. It's been over 10 years. Today I experienced a very bad experience from this store.
I came to get the glasses I bought and accompanied my friend who wanted to make new glasses.
When I ask for the help of the owner (wife) to help revise the receipt date for claims because it is wrong. They didn't respond to me. I was left alone and chose to serve other visitors who arrived after me. Here I do not do upping nominal receipts. The receipt I requested is in accordance with what I paid them.
Very bad after sales service. An arrogant and disrespectful owner. There was not a word or excuse me when leaving me. I feel sorry for recommending this place to my friends. Not reccommended and very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ingin mensetel kacamata saya disini (kacamata saya beli di tempat yang sama). dan terjadi kejanggalan. Pertama, lensa dilepas saat di pemanas (tidak wajar karena saya selalu melihat lensa tetap dipasang saat ada di pemanas) ternyata... framenya patah di bagian tengah. Si pemilik mempunyai ganti dengan model yang sama tetapi...dia meminta saya yang bayar. Nah loh, dia yang patahin masa saya yang ganti dengan 700k. Sangat tidak profesional dan tidak bertanggung jawab. Alasan pemilik adalah mereka hanya jasa setel sehingga tidak perlu ganti rugi kalau ada kejadian spt ini dan menurut mereka ini wajar. Lah, padahal mereka yang melakukan kesalahan dengan mencopot lensa saat disetel.
Padahal saya adalah pelanggan setia dan keluarga saya membeli kacamata disini. Sangat tidak disarankan kesini karena mereka tidak bertanggung jawab kalau kecamata patah padahal mereka yang melakukan.
I want to set my glasses here (the glasses I bought at the same place). and anomalies occur. First, the lens is removed when it is on the heater (it is not natural because I always see the lens still installed when it is on the heater) it turns out ... the frame is broken in the middle. The owner has changed with the same model but ... he asked me to pay. Well, he's the one who broke my time to replace it with 700k. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. The owner's reason is that they are just set services so there is no need for compensation if something like this happens and according to them this is reasonable. Lah, even though those who make the mistake of removing the lens when set.
Though I am a loyal customer and my family bought glasses here. It is not recommended to come here because they are not responsible if the disaster is broken even though they are doing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family been here for maybe 15 years or more, and I keep on recommending people to come here. A good consultation with a very helpful staff and a very welcoming owner, wide range of choices, reasonable price. The downside is a traffic jam to reach thr location.
