The place is very comfortable. Friendly and very patient customer service. Nia nyaa tea is also pretty haha. There are so many clothes models and even a catalog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama dapat info soal nia wedding pas cari2 paket wedding di IG. Niat awal tanya2 dulu lewat WA, tapi langsung di respon admin dan dikasih info lengkap soal paket, dan promo. Langsung suka sih karena yang lain jawab agak lama.
Kami langsung tanya kapan bisa liat2 kantor untuk liat koleksi baju pengantin karena kalau soal make up nya dari portofolio IG tidak usah diragukan.
Lokasi kantor emang agak ke dalam, sayang nya kurang tanda penunjuk jalan, tapi kalau lewat peta Google ya jelas tempatnya.
Review saya setelah menggunakan jasa Nia Wedding (saya gunakan paket akad dan resepsi di rumah):
- kostum pengantin yang saya pakai sesuai dengan yang saya inginkan, walaupun masih banyak koleksi lain yang juga keren2 kalau mau dipakai untuk acara gedung. Ps. orang wadrobe nya pun ramah dan membantu sekali
- make up/rias... CAKEP banget hasilnya, berasa di make over jadi artis2 layar TV. Pastinya sesuai untuk acara saya yang semi-outdoor. Make up ortu pengantin pun bagus.
- urusan pasang tenda dan dekor awalnya agak deg2an, tapi pas ketemu dan kontak2an dengan PJ nya cukup kooperatif. Dekor sesuai dengan di IG dan pemasangan disesuaikan dengan lokasi rumah kami
- untuk staff galeri nya ramah, detail dan sangat membantu walau sempat slow respon karena ternyata sakit dan akhirnya dibantu staff yang lain. Untung nya kami sudah selesai urusan fitting dll jadi bisa kontak langsung jg ke orang wardrobe dan admin untuk koordinasi hari H

First, I got info about nia wedding when looking for wedding packages on IG. The initial intention was to ask questions via WA, but the admin responded immediately and was given complete information about packages and promos. I liked it right away because the others took a long time to answer.
We immediately asked when we could take a look at the office to see the wedding dress collection because when it comes to make-up from the IG portfolio, there's no doubt about it.
The location of the office is a bit deep, unfortunately there are no signposts, but if you go through Google maps, the place is clear.
My review after using Nia Wedding's services (I use the contract package and reception at home):
- The bridal costume that I wear is exactly what I wanted, although there are still many other collections that are also cool if you want to use it for building events. Ps. the wadrobe people are also very friendly and helpful
- make up/makeup... the results are so CUTE, it feels like you're being made over as TV screen artists. Definitely suitable for my semi-outdoor event. The make up of the bride and groom is also good.
- The business of installing tents and decorations was a little nervous at first, but when we met and made contact with the PJ, they were quite cooperative. The decor is according to the IG and the installation is according to the location of our house
- the gallery staff are friendly, detailed and very helpful even though the response was slow because it turned out to be sick and was finally helped by other staff. Fortunately, we have finished fitting matters etc so we can also contact the wardrobe and admin people directly to coordinate the day
