★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New topsy ambarukmo plaza kurang baik , krn pegawainya tidak ramah , mama saya pas kesana krn nunggu kan agak lama , mama saya tanya2 terus akhirnya mama saya tanya apa blh keramas dulu , terus mbaknya jawab “ kalau mau keramas ya sekarang” dengan nada tinggi . Tlg kalau bisa dipecat itu dua pegawai New topsy ambarukmo plaza , sudah tdk ramah dengan pengunjung
New topsy ambarukmo plaza is not good, because the staff is not friendly, my mom was right there because I waited a little longer, my mom kept asking questions, finally my mom asked if you washed your hair first, then the lady replied "if you want to wash it now" in a high tone. After all, if you can get fired, the two employees of New Topsy Ambarukmo Plaza are no longer friendly with visitors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget dengan hasil cuttingan nya. Poni pendek sebelah, yang sebelahnya lagi panjang. Kalau cuma beda dikit gpp ya tapi ini terlalu jelas perbedaan panjangnya. Mau complain juga malas banget kalau failed lagi.
Very disappointed with the results of the cut. One short bangs, the other one long. If it's only a little different, GPP, yes, but this is too obvious the difference in length. I want to complain too lazy if it fails again.

Katanya ini salon high-end di Jogja, ekspektasinya tentu capster gak cuma bisa motong tapi juga paham style, ngarahin potongan yang sesuai sama bentuk wajah customer. Selama potong aku udah cerita kalo aku ga suka dimodel shaggy. Dan setelah selesai, tadaaaa.. Hasilnya potongan layer pendek yg kaya orang pake helm trus ujungnya ngacrut dikit. Damn. Model jadul parah, kaya emak2 jaman dulu. Will never ever come back!
Nyesel senesesnya. He said this was a high-end salon in Jogja, the expectation was that the capster could not only cut but also understood the style, directing pieces that matched the shape of the customer's face. During the cut I told you if I don't like the shaggy model. And after it's done, tadaaaa .. The result is a short piece of layer that is rich like a person wearing a helmet and then the ends are a little messy. Damn The old school model is bad, like old mom. Will never ever come back!

Hasil lumayan bagus, cuma suka heran sama yang bagian kasir, ngasih harga selalu beda2 untuk tiap customer.
Padahal stylistnya orang yang sama, perlakuan sama (cuci, potong, blow dry, udah) tapi harga beda2, bulan ini 100, bulan depan 150 (alasannya katanya stylist ini top stylist atau apalah), bulan depannya lagi dengan stylist itu ongkos 100 lagi.
Kadang tau2 ada ongkos blow dry, kadang katanya sudah dihitung stylist.. tau lah, hehe

The results are pretty good, just like being surprised at the cashier section, giving the price is always different for each customer.
Even though the stylist is the same person, the same treatment (washing, cutting, blow dry, already) but the price is different, this month is 100, next month is 150 (the reason is that the stylist is a top stylist or whatever), the next month again with the stylist costs 100 more.
Sometimes I know the cost of blow dry, sometimes it says the stylist has calculated ... you know, hehe
