Tgl. 5 Desember 2015 :
- saya belanja Orthopedic Topper Latex di Mall Citraland dimana saya tanya apakah bisa di kirim Tgl. 9 Desember 2015 karena akan dibawa keluar Kota dan apabila tidak bisa dikirim Tgl.9 desember saya minta uang dikembalikan
- Oleh Sales dengan Nama Andri meng-konfirmasi bahwa barang tersebut pasti dapat dikirim Tgl. 9 Desember 2015.
Tgl. 9 Desember 2015 :
- ada yang telp ke saya, menginformasikan bahwa barang tidak bisa diantar Tgl. 9 desember 2015 karena barang harus dikirim dari bandung, si penepon tersebut bilang bahwa tidak mungkin dikirim tgl. 9 desember 2015.
- saya ingin membatalkan transaksi tersebut dan meminta uang kembali, tetapi si penelepon bilang bahwa hal tersebut tidak bisa karena itu kesalahan Sales yang menjanjikan hal tersebut.
ini pengalamanan pertama dan terakhir buat saya untuk belanja di New Home Center
 Very unsatisfactory experience shopping at New Home Center:
Date December 5, 2015:
- I shop Orthopedic Topper Latex at Citraland Mall where I ask if I can send it. December 9, 2015 because it will be taken out of town and if it cannot be sent December 9, I ask for money back
- By Sales with the name Andri confirming that the item can definitely be sent. December 9, 2015.
Date December 9, 2015:
- there is someone who tel to me, informing that the goods cannot be delivered. December 9, 2015 because the goods must be sent from Bandung, the caller said that it was impossible to send the date. December 9, 2015.
- I want to cancel the transaction and ask for a refund, but the caller said that it could not be because it was the mistake of the Sales who promised that.
this is the first and last experience for me to shop at New Home Center
