★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pictures make the place look better than it is. It wasn't awful but things didn't work initially and food delivery was slow even though we were the only ones there. We only stayed the night there which was good because it was far away from anything and we didn't have transportation. It was clean, I will say that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is nearby the Sentul circuit, to get there from the main road, we have to pass about 2 km wavy and stony road.
The swimming pool is near Edelweiss room where is at the back of resort area.
The water in the pool is not too cold though it is windy and cool. The pool is small but clean.
My room in Edelweiss in 2nd floor is small, the wallpaper is torn, like an old hotel (in fact it's just 3 years said the staff) the lamps that are ON only 2 out of 4 so it was very dim coz it is Yellow light. The bed sheet was not so clean, there was spot of dirt in the white yellowish sheet. The blanket is thin so it's not enough to keep you warm at night.
My mom's room was in the first floor on the left side doesn't have mirror anywhere even in the toilet.
The noisy sound come from the jet pump also one of the negativity that I got during my stay.
The toilet is quite big but the tap on the sink is combined with the shower. So when we shower, the water is also pour from the sink tap.
The towels' quality are not that good, so thin and the size of the the two is different. Better to bring your own towel.
There is a TV on the room but unfortunately we couldn't' watch all channels since the frequency or signal was very bad. Please take care of the receiver or strengthening the signal.
The ambience and environment in the resort is so greeny and refreshing. The are a lot of tall tress so the location become lush. There many beautiful spot to take pictures.
I hope hotel owner or management will pay attention on what customers concern and make improvements in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never book a Deluxe Garden View Room there. It has no garden view and definitely not deluxe. It has a view to the scrapyard full of rubbish. And you will have to pass through this rubbish every time you go to your room. Just look at the photos I post here, and you see the reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that this hotel has not been getting rave reviews on the internet. I guess I get it. The actual building is a bit old and looks abandoned. Inside the room, many amenities are missing (no trash bin except the teeny tiny one in the bathroom, no electric water kettle or fridge and the blanket is Abit coarse).
Nevertheless, the staffs are quite friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is nice and even has water slide that is within safe height for kids to go on it by themselves.
If you plan to spend the whole day out and are just looking for a place to rest at night, I feel this hotel is still ok.
Also if you're on a budget and would rather spend your money on your itinerary or culinary then staying at this hotel will help you save a couple of hundreds.
Overall, not too bad :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CONS: The road to go there is terrible, if you have low ride you will find it even more hard. There is no TV, well they provide TV but you cant watch any channel since there is no signal at all. AC is breezing, slightly cold even you activate turbo mode. They dont provide electric kettle, so dont think you can make coffee or tea, you need to buy a pot of hot water from their restaurant for IDR 10k. In the night I hear something knocking for hours, then I ask the staff explains that the torrent and pipe from the roof makes the sound, my room was on EDELLWEIS building 2nd floor, quite annoying. Many abandoned area. It was difficult to find meal in the night, restaurant closed on 8 PM.
PROS: Value for money, I paid only IDR 220K for 1 night, it was Agoda promo. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they dont ask for tip but if you give them they will cheers. Such a quiet place, surrounded by many trees and you can hear those birds chirping in the morning, very relaxing, but sometimes you can hear racing from Sentul circuit not very far from the hotel. Bed is quite soft, not firm, sheets is clean. Water heater fully function. They give you 2 small sized bottles of mineral water. They give amenities, soap, shampoo and tooth brush. 2 towels provided, but they dont provide sandals. Swimming pool was very nice, with kids area about 50cm and adult is about 100cm and 200cm, midnight swimming allowed. Nice place overall. I give 7 out of 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serene resort with lush greenery and nice rooms, the place is great for those who want to escape from the noisy city. The road leading to the place is bad, but you can enter from Sentul Circuit area. The amenities are generally fine, but too bad the water pressure from the shower was so low, we couldn't say we enjoy taking a shower here. But other than that, it's a great place. Recommended.
