★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dtg tgl 17 Sept 2018, sore ini. PELAYANAN SANGAT SANGAT SANGAT SANGAT SANGAT BURUK!!!!!!!!!!! Kalo ada pilihan bintang 0 saya kasih bintang 0.
Saya bertemu dengan 3 pegawai, saya dilayani dengan pegawai laki2, keperluan untuk ganti jam baterai. Jam nya masih baru sekali blm dipakai, masih di wrap plastik pelindung rapi, merek hugo boss bukan jam mahal memang, tp ttp berharga, saya sudah bukakan plastik bagian belakang, namun oleh pegawai atau entah owner, plastik tsb langsung dilepas semua (yang padahal saya sudah bukakan plastiknya bagian belakang) dan benar saja yg saya takutkan terjadi; jam diletakan di meja kaca dengan kasar!!!!! Sampai bunyi cetak cetok (kaca jam berbenturan dengan meja kaca, tanpa alas kain atau semacamnya, dan plastik wrap sudah dibuang ke lantai)
Saya tanya “loh kok dibuka semua mas?”
Pegawai menjawab “ya kan mau diganti baterai kan?”
Saya balik tanya “Loh iya bagian belakangnya aja kan yg dibuka? Atau bagian depannya harus dibuka juga?”
Lalu plastik pelindung di lantai yg sudah dibuang, diambil lagi dan dipasang, plastik sudah tidak bs melekat lagi, lalu dengan nyolotnya pegawai tsb ngambil plastik baru, jam saya di wrap lg lalu dibalikan tanpa ngmg maaf atau apapun dan juga tidak diganti baterainya!
Gila pelayanan nya buruk sekali, bagi tmn2, warga Kelapa Gading maupun siapapun, jangan pernah ke toko NEW EROPA (Dpn The Body Shop MKG).
Note: Jam ini baru dan saya mau kasih ke org, jd wajar saya kalo wrap nya masih saya blm buka karna takut lecet kaca dpn nya, dan seharusnya pegawai (atau owner: saya tidak tau) meminta ijin bukan malah langsung dicabut dan malah marah. Tolong attitude diperhatikan!
I'm on 17 Sept 2018, this afternoon. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!! If there is a choice of 0 stars, I will give 0 stars.
I met 3 employees, I was served by male employees, the need to change the battery clock. The watch is still new, not yet used, it's still in a neat protective plastic wrap, the Hugo Boss brand is not an expensive watch, but it's still valuable, I opened the back plastic, but by the employee or either the owner, all the plastic was immediately removed (even though I already opened the plastic back) and sure enough what I was afraid of happened; the clock is harshly placed on the glass table !!!!! Until the sound of the taper (the watch collides with the glass table, without a cloth or something like that, and the plastic wrap has been thrown on the floor)
I asked "how come all of them are opened, bro?"
The employee answered "yes, you want to replace the battery, right?"
I asked back, "Well, just the back is opened, right? Or should the front be opened too? "
Then the protective plastic on the floor that had been removed, was taken away and installed, the plastic was no longer able to stick, then the employee took the new plastic, wrapped my watch again and turned it over without apologizing or anything and the battery was not replaced either!
It's crazy that the service is so bad, for friends, Kelapa Gading residents or anyone else, don't ever go to the NEW EUROPE store (Dpn The Body Shop MKG).
Note: This hour is new and I want to give it to the org, so it's natural for me if the wrap is still not open for fear of scuffing the glass on the dpn, and the employee (or owner: I don't know) should ask for permission instead of being immediately revoked and even angry. Please pay attention to attitude!
