Servis hp asus zenfone max pro m1 mati total gara² kecebur kolam. Awalnya malam setelah nyebur hp kedap kedip dan akhirnya mati total. Servis disini siang, tunggu 15 menit diutak atik dan akhirnya beres sempurna. Kata mekaniknya cuma dibersihin aja yg kena air dan konslet, dan tidak ada part yg diganti sama sekali. Ongkos kerja 50rb. Mantaapppp
VERY SATISFACTORY REQUIRED
The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 mobile service died completely because of splashing into the pool. Initially the night after splashing the cellphone flickered and finally died completely. Servicing here at noon, wait 15 minutes to be tampered with and finally it's done perfectly. The mechanic said it was just cleaning it where it hit the water and shorting it, and no parts were replaced at all. 50 thousand work costs. Mantaapppp

Awalnya percaya dan udah langganan sama toko ini karena sudah 2x servis aman, Tapi kemarin saya servis cuma ganti socket charger.. Socketnya beres tapi malah LCD nya kena jadi buram+berbayang. Saya komplain karena ini LCD nya gapapa dari awal tapi setelah dibongkar sama teknisinya malah jadi rusak LCDnya. Jadi kecewa banget sih.. Dikomplain malah lepas tangan gitu aja..
Jadi di toko ini gak memprioritaskan kepuasan pelanggan.. Gak ada yang namanya ganti rugi kalau ada kesalahan teknisi seperti ini.. Terima kasih dan semoga ulasan saya ini dibaca oleh TOKONYA

At first I believed and subscribed to this shop because I have had 2x safe services, but yesterday I just replaced the charger socket.. The socket is OK but the LCD is getting blurry + shading. I complained because the LCD was okay from the start, but after being dismantled by the technician, the LCD was damaged. So I'm really disappointed.. When you complain, you just let go..
So in this shop, we don't prioritize customer satisfaction.. There is no such thing as compensation if there is a technician error like this.. Thank you and I hope this review is read by the SHOP

Yang mati total di toko ini yang Samping pasar Serpong, untuk benerin hp yang mati total lumayan mahal y waktu itu 350rb, abis di Service Alhamdulillah normal lagi dan bisa ke pake dong,, eehh gak taunya udh seminggu di pakai hp nya mati lagi,, aku balik lagi Ke counter untuk tanya dan minta di perbaiki malah ga bisa di benerin dan ujung2nya LCD nya harus ganti atau apa gitu lah ga paham dan harganya 200an. Sedih sih udah bayar mahal2 hasilnya ttp mati juga dan gak ada tanggung jawabnya malah di suruh bayar lgi untuk perbaikan yang baru, sudah gitu mbak2 yg jaga tuh jutek dan seakan gak mau tau,, jadi dari situ aku ga pernah ke konter itu lagi. Trauma gak care juga sama customer.

It's sad that I paid dearly for the results, but the results died and there was no responsibility, instead I was told to pay again for new repairs, that's how the ladies who took care of it were jutek and didn't seem to want to know, so from there I never went to the counter again. Trauma doesn't care about customers either.
