★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya barusan mau spooring balancing disini, tp stelah tau hrgnya 445rb untuk yg biasa, itupun sudah didiskon 10% MAHAL BANGET brooooo???, langsung gak jadi?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil balancing 4 roda ada yg 0-15, 10-10, 10-15, 0-10. Begitu ditanya ke operator kenapa ga sampe 00-00? Jawabannya hasil segitu sudah bagus. Padahal hasil balancing sebelumnya bisa sampai 00-00. Sy ambil paket sporing balancing. Tp dikarenakan ada salah satu baljoint ada masalah jadi dipending. Tp sy tetap bayar lunas paket sporing balancing karena tetap ingin merasakan hasil sporing di nawilis yg katanya the best. Semoga pada kedatangan berikutnya bengkel bersedia utk koreksi hasil balancing agar bisa sampai 00-00. Dan semoga nanti hasil sporingnya memuaskan.
The results of 4 wheel balancing are 0-15, 10-10, 10-15, 0-10. When asked to the operator why didn't it arrive 00-00? The answer is that the results are good. Even though the previous balancing results can be up to 00-00. I took the sporing balancing package. But because there was one of the baljoints there was a problem so it was pending. But I still pay in full for the sporing balancing package because I still want to feel the results of sporing in Nawilis which are said to be the best. Hopefully on the next arrival the workshop is willing to correct the balancing results so that they can reach 00-00. And hopefully the sporing results will be satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Servis spooring, hasilnya bagus tp belum bisa dikatakan "hampir sempurna", penjelasan dari teknisi cukup dimengerti.
2. Setelah selesai spooring, engine detailing dilakukan oleh tim detailing. Utk hasilnya masih belum maksimal, namanya saja detailing ya, jd ya harus detail juga pengerjaannya. Apakah perlu ada paket Deep Engine Detailing utk hasil yg pol maksimal??
3. Terakhir mobil dicuci, paket standar. Body bersih, kolong fender dan velg masih agak kotor, karpet bersih, vacum juga bersih.
4. Coba tukar kupon free kopi, dapat kopi gula aren kayaknya, yang ini enak, pas. Saya juga beli kopi moccacino, coklat bubuk nya tidak diaduk merata, pas saya minum masih kerasa coklat bubuk yg menggumpal, stelah saya aduk lagi, gumpalan2 kecil coklat bubuknya malah makin keliatan, wah gak banget sih ini. Tolong diperhatikan lagi.
Overall, ini berdasarkan pengalaman kedua kali ke Nawilis Tulodo88 tempatnya bagus, nyaman, pelayanan dari CS dan teknisi sangat hangat, ada beragam layanan juga dan secara equipment dan toolsnya, saya pikir Nawilis Tulodo88 sangat kompeten.

3. Last car washed, standard package. The body is clean, under the fenders and wheels are still a bit dirty, the carpet is clean, the vacuum is also clean.
4. Try exchanging coupons for free coffee, get palm sugar coffee, I think, this one is delicious, just right. I also bought moccacino coffee, the cocoa powder was not mixed evenly, when I drank it still tasted of lumpy cocoa powder, after I stirred it again, the small lumps of cocoa powder were even more visible, wow this isn't really that bad. Please pay attention again.
Overall, this is based on my second experience to Nawilis Tulodo88 the place is nice, comfortable, the service from CS and technicians is very warm, there are various services as well and in terms of equipment and tools, I think Nawilis Tulodo88 is very competent.
