★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menunggu proses Land Clearing, lalu pembangunan.. Semoga developer lancar tidak ada kendala.. Sosialisasi dengan masyarakat dan RT setempat sudah clear, bahkan saya menanyakan ke RT nya sendiri yang rumah di sisi selatan villa alam langit. Lingkungan aman dan nyaman, seperti yang di sampaikan masyarakat sekitar, air sumur ada, pam lancar, listrik lancar kata masyarakat.

Mereka terlalu berambisi sekali bangun ratusan sampai ribuan unit,, tapi semua gak terealisasi.. Berkali-kali minta penjelasan selalu berbelit dan pandemi selalu jadi asalan. Padahal perumahan subsidi lain semua jalan... Ini 1 proyek blm jelas buka proyek berikutnya... Saran saya yg sudah beli sebaiknya mending pikir ulang untuk lanjut, yang blm bs buat masukan... Bangun jiwo katanya dari desember siap akad, mundur januari, mundur april, juni, skrg agustus... Nanti agustus ntah mundur sampe bln berapa lagi.
